What is a fact? When you write about facts you are stating what
you
see
hear
smell
taste
feel
or your state of mind
at a given point of time.
For example, if you see someone handing an item to another
person, you can only say that the item was either given or taken

by a person. You cannot say the person was robbed, because you
dont whether he may have been making a gift. Another example:
If you were taken away by a policeman, that is a fact; you dont
know until after judgment whether it was a kidnapping or an
arrest. Rob, kidnap, and arrest are all conclusion-type words,
not facts.
