SAP HD Heavy Duty

Synthetic or organic slurry that is too thick to pump or too watery to shovel up, can be thickened or solidified quickly by adding SAP HD allowing for fast & easy removal. SAP HD is specifically designed for critical applications where production is affected by water based slurries in mining. In underground mining, to clean up development roadways for long wall & infrastructure moves that are transported via conveyor belt or ROM feed. In open cut mines, SAP HD is used to recover slimes from sumps, dams & in CHPP. Recovered waste can be transported to the surface on conveyors without extended periods of downtime or reduction in productivity.

SAP HPF absorbs large quantities of polluted water present in mining, construction, roadways & other water affected areas, especially for the control of finer particulates. Like SAP HD, SAP HPF is designed for critical applications where production is affected by water based slurries at mines, construction sites & quarries. In underground & open cut mines, SAP HPF is used to recover slimes. Recovered waste can be transported to the surface on conveyors without extended periods of downtime or reduction in productivity. SAP HPF contains even smaller polymers for quick, targeted removals of water ingress found in very silty or fine waste. SAP HPF is also well suited for dredging work.

SAP HPF P4
SAP HPF P4 is specifically designed for dredging work to remove pollution from fresh or salt waterways. Toxins are absorbed without over hardening to maintain stability while being moved. & remains stable without leaching back into the environment. HPF P4 reduces damage to the environment & removes hazardous material from the area caused by water, mud, toxins, hydrocarbons, oil & mixed sludge. Fine, synthetic or organic hydrocarbon slurry that is too thick to pump or too watery to shovel up, can be thickened or solidified quickly with HPF P4. HPF P4 contains very small polymers for quick, targeted removals of water ingress found in very silty or fine waste.
