IN
TRODUCTION
Every 25 minutes a new people will be infected of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. Woman with
HIV/AIDS in Indonesia about 25 % and will be increased every day. The increasing numbers of couple
with high-risk sexual behavior also increase the incidence of women infected with HIV/AIDS. This
situation puts the children of those infected parents in such a position that they are vulnerable to HIV
infection transmitted through the labour and breastfeeding process, or even through blood
transfusion.Various transmission methods and peoples lack of knowledge of the impact of HIV AIDS
infection also increase the incidence of HIV/AIDS each year. According to recent studies, the increasing
number of HIV/AIDS cases is far beyond expected. It is thought due to the lack of socialization of
HIV/AIDS impact on society and ways of prevention available.
Thus, recent programs to deal with HIV/AIDS are focused on womens reproduction rights. Each
woman
has her right to get proper information and reproductive health-related medical services.
Education and campaign about HIV/AIDS, about contraception and careness the people whose

infected HIV/AIDS are important to prevent and to stop the increasing of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. It is
hoped that in the end all women are aware of and understand about her own reproductive rights.
As one of PAOGI (Young Obstetrics & Gynecology Organization)s Obstetric and Gynecology
Departement Faculty of Medicine University Of Indonesia concern about this problem, we are going to
participate in commemorating the World AIDS Day. The main event will be held on December 1 st
2013 when there will be a long march around Bundaran Hotel Indonesia, Jakarta to distribute some
attributes related to the prevention of HIV/AIDS. There will be series of events took place prior to the
main event, started from about two months before, including a talk show on Safe Mother from
HIV/AIDS to Safe The Next Generation and a socialization program to introduce HIV/AIDS impact to
some high schools in Jakarta.
These series of events are not only contributed to commemorate the Worlds AIDS Day, but
also as a symbol that we as Indonesian young generation also care about the impact of HIV/AIDS, and
the main goal is we can prevent and stop the increasing HIV/AIDS in Indonesia together.

Official Posters
The poster will inform our event before the event started and is installed at the Obstetrics and
Gynecology Department of RSCM as well as all network-hospitals (including RumahSakitFatmawati,
RumahSakitGatotSubroto, RumahSakitUmumTangerang, danRumahSakitPersahabatan). The making
process is handled by the organizing committee. Sponsoring company(s) will only be required to hand in
company logo or artwork.
Invitation
The invitations will be personally received by each consultant in our department. The making process is
handled by the organizing committee. The rear side of the invitation will be allocated for sponsoring
company(s) logo.
Jerseys
The jersey will be worn by the participants throughout the event. The making process is handled by the
organizing committee. Your promotion will be placed at the rear and sleeve parts. Sponsoring
company(s) will only be required to hand in company logo or artwork.
Lunch Box
There will be two meal times above the buses during the event. Each participant including doctors and

Payment Methods

2. The rest of amount must be transferred at least one month before event.
