Documents Checking

1. Open Merchant details on RM with the URL --- Verify all the details
mentioned on AOF/Agreement i.e. A/C no. IFSC Code, Pay to name, URL,
Legal name, Address
2. Verify all the documents with the details mentioned on Agreement & RM
KYCs, Cancelled cheque, Company Pan Card, Govt proof, BR letter.
3. IF the documents are ok, and website are verified by the risk teamthen
process the activation.
Registered the Merchant on PayU Money Panel
1. Create MID on PayU Money - Go to PayU money panel For merchant
tab (there are two option, one is for buyer and other is for merchant,)
sign up fill the required details (email Id mobile, password) Sign up.
(Now the MID has been created)
After create MID fill the business details 9(Legal name, entity, business
address, URL, pan card details) bank details (A/C no, IFSC code, Pay to Name,
bank address)

Activation Process

1. Search the URL provided by the sales on AOF & Redmine to open the
details of the case on Redmine.
2. Risk Tab - check if everything is approved under Risk tab. There should
not be any rejections from their end.
3. Documentation Tab - should have all documents approved and no
document declined.
4. On Boarding Tab Nodal Status should be marked as Sent to Bank
5. Commercial Tab verify that the commercials and fee model is
mentioned clearly.
6. Contact Information Tab verify the general details and check if
Products and Services, Business Category and Sub Category is mentioned
clearly.

Redmine Vs PayU Money


1. Merchant Name and Pay to Name should match on Redmine and PayU
Money Panel
2. Business Details needs to be same.
3. Bank Details need to Tally.
PayU Money Panel Actionable
1. Login PayU money admin panel Go to Merchant list -Search the MID
provided by the sales (or which I created) on PayU money Panel to get the
details of the merchant
2. View Details- Click on view details
a. Go to Business details and verify the details. Also verify if the URL
for the merchant has been inserted correctly.

b. Go to Bank Details and check if pay to name matches with what


have been provided by sales. If details are different then keep Bank
Name, Account No and IFSC copied somewhere. This will help while
updating the Account details on Panel
Again Search of the MID on PayU Money Panel and provide Business
Approval, Bank Details Approval, Website Approval and Settlement
Approval.
Set TDR Go to set TDR and select the Fee Model, Category, and
Settlement Mode as per the request from the sales. Enter the
commercials in the section provided as per the sales request.
Go to Merchant Settings on the main Menu and select Merchant
Params and check if the auto release is marked as 1. If not, the same
needs to be highlighted immediately.
If the Bank details in step 2b was found to be incorrect (difference in Pay
to Name being the most common error), go to Merchant Settings on
main menu and select Reset Merchant Details. Bank details can be
updated by selecting the appropriate field. Cross verify

upload bank Params -

Process for allow Guest checkout option.

Merchant Setting - > Merchant Params - > Search MID allowGuestCheckout - >
quickGuestCheckout -> Updated.

Process of Creating New MID on PayU Enterprise


Login PayU Admin Portal Home Create New Merchant Fill the form of
registration (* fields are mandatory) Submit

Upload TDR on PayU Enterprise


PayU Admin Portal Home Upload Merchant TDR Upload TDR File (select the
TDR file) / Upload Convenience Fee File (In case Fee model is Convenience) Submit

After create New MID and upload TDR file for the same send a mail to
banking ops for activation of MID for merchant.

1. Agreement process tracker on daily basis
2. Activation tracker how many merchant have been activated at the day
end
3. Documents pendency tracker
4. Documents received tracker
5. Activation Summary how many merchant activated, agreement process,
documents checked during the same month.
