1. Introduction
For all buried pipeline construction projects performed, the final documentation contains
the originals of all documents listed below.
Details about required format of documents including the number of required copies, as
well as the timing for handover of this final documentation will be specified within the
contract for the specific scope of work.
As specified in the framework agreement, Petrom reserves the right to retain parts of the
remuneration and of the performance guarantee for the construction services of a
specific project until all final documentation has been delivered and approved completely
as requested in contents and requested quality.

The document key code specified shall be used for communication, table of contents
and filing of the above documents required for final documentation. They are
standardized within Petrom and OMV group and can be used to denominate the
documents only by their standard number.

the QA/QC-department of Petrom E&P will be able to give further information.
