Abstract:- A framework is proposed for the design of an optimal multifunctional transport

network for the This research framework consists of a multi-objective optimization and a fast
network assessment module, which results in a set of optimal solutions. Network design, bi-level
optimization, Multifunctional, multi-objective, dynamic. Intelligent public transport vehicular
terminal is an important part of intelligent public transportation system. In view of the fact that
the municipal transportation structure in our country and status of the public is not as good or
reliable. the paper presents a new type of system-design of the intelligent transportation vehicular
equipment.. The paper mainly makes the detailed introduction to this terminal's hardware
platform design and software design based on the embedded operating system.
Introduction:-the developed world have made significant progress in improving the
accessibility of transport systems to people with disabilities, and adhere to standards that are
generally uniform (albeit with local variations). Among developing countries the situation is
much more diverse. Transport means development level is an important index of economic and
defense power for any country. The main transport branches are automobile, train, marine and
aviation.
problem statement:- very often rural & urban transport interventions are undertaken without a
full understanding of rural & urban communities transport needs and constraints. There is also
little appreciation of the problems faced by the various organizations trying to deliver improved
rural access. there are a lots of difficulties comes in a way when people wants to activate driving
license or want to issue driving license .and there is lots of field in transport system are need to
be digital and online.it requires changes. And it need to be perfect.
Object:(a) Licenses.
Registration.
Policy.
Pollution card.
Licenses:- applicant can apply for license and he/she can register for appointment for further
process .
Temporary:- Licenses are issues by RTO office as their per rule starting to temporary valid only
for 3-6 month from issue date .
(b) Permanent:- Applicant can apply for permanent license after temporary license as per
transportation rule .

(c) Update:- applicant can update their information on license if it is not as he/she gave
information . he/she change their information like date of birth, spelling mistakes .mobile no.
1.3 Registration:Applicant can apply for registration for vehicle so he/she can get vehicle no.
Temporary:- A temporary registration number is usually assigned by the transport service for Car / Bike is just
purchased. the temporary registration number serves the purpose when the car is brand new and is yet to be permanently
registered .

Permanent:- after a month of vehicle purchased permanent registration no. is assign to vehicle
applicant he/she can for vehicle no.
Insurance.
New application:- Applicant can apply for insurance for is vehicle. It contains:(1) Start date
(2) End date
Renew- he/she can renew insurance by as per rule of transportation service .
Pollution card
New application:- applicate who has vehicle must have pollution card and after registration person can
get pollution card.
Temporary:- temporary pollution card will provide to new vehicle for a month . generally it provided
by dealer.
Permanent:- by this function applicant can apply for permanent pollution card.
Update (modify):- person can modify or update it if he got wrong information on card or spelling
mistakes.
