kasalukuyang nakatira sa 28 Palanza St., Araneta Subd., Quezon City, ay lumiham sa
inyong opisina upang siyang mag-claim ng Refund batay na rin sa inyong sulat sa
Gng. Gloria Gato na dating nagmamay-ari ng bahay na aking tinitirhan sa
kasalukuyan, ngunit dahil sa nabili ko na ang bahay ni Gng. Gloria Gato noon pang
Marso 1999 ay ako na ang nagbabayad ng kuryente sa bahay na ito may higit
kumulang na sa limang (5) taon;
Sa katunayan meron kaming papel-bilihan ng kanyang tirahan na may petsang
Marso 5, 1999. Ang photocopy ng aming papel-bilihan ng pwesto at bahay ay kalakip
ng liham na ito upang magpatotoo na ako ang nakalagda na siyang nagmamay-ari
ng bahay na naka-eskuwat lamang sa isang private land na sa totoo lang ay hindi
namin alam ang tunay na may-ari ngunit kaming mga nakatira, ay maraming taon
nang naninirahan doon.
Ang liham na ito na nilagdaan ko ay nagpatotoo na siyang may karapatan na
mag-claim ng nasabing Refund.

Sale of Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories.
According to Mr. Tan his business mentioned above was closed long time
ago. On June 4, 2002 he finished his contract of lease at said registered address due
to small and limited income received, On January 2003, he did not renew his
Business permit but instead submit his Business retirement to formally and legally
closed said business. see Annex A. )
In addition he also surrendered to the DTI his original Business Trade
This Dennis Warren Fullante is legally married to our client, Marina A. Fullante, by
virtue of their Certificate of Marriage hereto attached as Annex A and with whom
he begot three (3) children namely: Myca Mae, Abram and Dominic, all surnamed
Fullante, as evidenced by their respective Certificate of Live Birth enclosed as Annex
B, B-1 and B-2.
The wife, our client, is protesting and/or complaining that this Mr. Fullante, her
husband, is not giving support to his family and he just keep on promising through
cellphone that he would give financial support. He mentioned also that this support
would be possible only if she (our client) would be asking money from his mother
who is now in Bohol.
This Mr. Fullante is apparently so irresponsible that he could afford to let his
own family got hungry while he is earning dollars as a seaman employed by
Magsaysay Maritime Corporation under Keymax Maritime Co., Ltd. A photocopy of
his Info Sheet and Employment Contract is likewise enclosed for your reference.
In writing your good office, may we ask and solicit for your valuable
assistance regarding this problem of his legal wife and children. May we request

also that a regular or permanent allocation be given to his family and may this office
be informed of what action your office may institute concerning this matter.
