19clearlysaysthebuildingisnotdestroyed.Itsayswitha
20redtagthatthebuildinghadtobetagged.Andanytime
21anytimethepropertyownercouldcallthecountyandthe
22countywouldcomeoutandgiveanotherappraisalwhichMr.
23Skeenedidafteralltheinsuranceadjustorsleft,andhe
24gotajudgmentontheinsurancecompany.Thenhecontacted
25ClermontCounty.Andin5dayshehadapermittoputona
26buildinganewroofonthebuilding.Whywouldyouputa
27newroofonabuildingthatisdestroyed?Sotheirown
28evidenceiscontrarytowhattheirdefenseisastonot
29havingtocomplywiththeprovisionofevictionunder
30LandlordTenantActof1974.Thecitethatrespectedcounsel
31gives,he'susingacitethatwasrepealed.It'sa1954law.
32Itwasrepealedin'74.Andasoftherepealthelawsays
33thattheonlywaythatalandlordcangetatenantoutofa
34buildingistogothroughtheprocessofevictionwhich
35startswitha3daynotice,andthenthesheriffcansetthe
36tenantout.Again,notonepieceofpaper,notoneverbal
37communicationfromSkeenetomehaseversaid,You're
38evicted.HesaidthatPamacceptedeviction.That'suptohe
39andPam.She'snotapartofthiscase.Noevidenceabout
40herorfromhercaneintroducedinthiscase,whichthey

15almosteveryweek.I'mnowonpermanentmedicationfor
16allergies.Mycontentionisthoseallergieswerebecauseof
17thetoxicmicroorganismsthatwereinthatbuildingand
18Particularlywhenthattornadohit.ItisMr.Skeene's
19responsibilitytomaintainthatpropertyincludingkeeping
20infestationofcrittersoutofit.Hefailedinthat.The
21reasonhewantedtogetridofthepropertyifhedid,I
22don'tknowbutthereasonwewantedtodo,becauseIneed
23thatsamepropertytobeanalyzedbyanexperttodetermine
24ifinfactthatpropertywascontaminated.
25I'mbarrednow,becausehethrewitawaywithoutnotice,by
26hisownadmissionontheexhibitbefore.Heusedtwo
27dumpsterstothrowitaway.However,thevideosand
28again,itbringsupafraudonthecourt,itbringsup
29spoliationofevidence,andrefusalnotbyignoranceby
30intention,andaidedandabettedbyhisattorneyrefusal
31tocomplywithdiscovery.Inmyoriginaldiscoveryin2013
32Iaskedforalldocumentsandallphotographsofanynature.
