Under supervision of the shift supervisor and facility manager,
Residential Specialists perform various duties associated with
the day-to-day operations including providing youth with a
normalized homelike environment that fosters the building
of healthy relationships among their family, peers, and staff
members. Residential Specialists are active members of the
treatment team to ensure development and implementation of
individualized service plans. Requirements also include preparing
and maintaining documentation of services in accordance with
contract standards.
Residential Specialist provide daily care for the youth on a 7-day
per week, 24-hour basis (shift differential available.) Duty hours
vary and may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Hourly pay
rate is dependent on experience and education. Hourly pay rate
increase of $0.50 upon successful completion of in-house training
within the first 90 days of employment. Minimum education
requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent; prefer
bachelors degree in social services field.

Applicants must be available to work a rotating 12-hour
shift. Our employees normally do not work more than three
consecutive days and receive every other weekend off.
Pay starts at $14-$15/hour.
SENIOR LINE OPERATOR
The Senior Operator is responsible for training new
employees and monitoring activities within the Production
department. The Senior Operator is responsible to
ensure that all lines are set up in accordance with the
proper set up sheet, ensure that all product is run with
proper materials and that all product performs within the
specified parameters. The Senior Operator is responsible
for organizing the daily activities of his/her team, for the
coordination, safe and efficient operation of all production
equipment. . Applicants must be available to work a
rotating 12-hour shift. Our employees normally do not work

weekend off. Pay starts at $16-$18/hour.
