management systems

Dear Ombudsman Stephanie Maxberry and Sheriff Lee Baca:

Please accept the surveys of the Sheriff's booking system and the Inmate Information Center, linked
below, [1] as an Addendum to Complaint SC#2262473. Combined, such surveys demonstrated the
false and deliberately misleading nature of the case management system and booking terminals used
by the Sheriff's Department. In addition, such system was coupled with the false and deliberately
misleading data published under the online Inmate Information Center.

For comparison, a survey was provided of the Los Angeles County Law Library catalog, which was
found close to perfection.

The general nature of the online Inmate Information Center was found in such surveys as inconsistent
with honest, valid implementation. The surveys documented the urgent need for publicly-accountable
validation (certified, functional logic verification) of such systems, which are a hazard for the Liberty of
all who reside in the respective counties.

It is alleged that such systems cover up large scale false arrests and false jailings in Los Angeles
County, California.
