Carrie:
Unless I'm mistaken, GW monitoring data for November, Field A, is missing from the attachments you
sent me (data for Field B is provided in the attachment below). Typically, 3 monitoring wells for Field A
(MW A-2, A-3 and A-4) are sampled, analyzed and reported. Any chance there is a November 2010 lab
report for this sampling effort? Aaron

I've not received groundwater monitoring data from Leachfields A and B for Pineview Estates since
September. Samples should have been collected, analyzed, and submitted to EPA for each of the
following months: October, November and December. Could you please check to see if samples were
collected/analyzed and, somehow, not reported to EPA. If you can not verify that the samples were ever
collected for these months, please inform me of this as soon as possible. Thank you, Aaron
