:
The project involved conversion of telephone network maps into intelligent
graphics that had feature wise database connectivity .The hard copies of the telephone network were
received from the client with relevant information in it. The maps were digitized and brought on line and the
data was transferred to database in accordance to the Rule base provided. A cad software package Microstation was used in order to establish the connectivity between graphical design file and the data from the data
base.The maps were then made intelligent using FRAMME (a knowledge-based CAD software) in order to
deliver the client.
Synopsis:
Layout & reconciliation of Telephone Facilities in FRAMME (Utility Projects).
Conversion of maps through FRAMME and utility software on Micro station using ORACLE.
