-------------------------------- Everything seems fine, "Mirroring available at..." message is displayed, but i
t still doesn't work!
-------------------------------If that kind of message is displayed it means the app is properly configured and
should work.
-> But the app may not work with hardware encoding for all devices.
In that case you need to disable the option 'Use hardware encoding' from applica
tion settings.
-> If you use VLC it is recommended to update VLC to the last available version,
as there might be issues with some older versions.
-> It might also be a network problem:
1. check that you properly typed the given network address, something like rtsp:
//xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5000/screen (or tcp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5000 if you choose tcp m
ode).
2. check that your device is connected to the same WIFI network.
3. Follow instructions from app and check the 'Disable hardware overlays' option
in your device settings.
-------------------------------- The image does not display properly. It seems out of sync or it is scrambled /
has diagonal lines running through.
-------------------------------There was a know issue (Android 4.3 bug) and has been fixed in Screen Stream ver
sion 1.1.6.
But if you still have this issue you can try to change the resolution in applica
tion settings.
-------------------------------- The screen image does not always refresh or the screen stays black, what can I
do ?
-------------------------------You can disable hardware overlays option from your device settings.

To easily do it you can click on the yellow message that appears about this on t
he main screen of the application, and it will open some Android settings.
There check the option 'Disable hardware overlays'.
-------------------------------- The stream is slow. What can I do to improve it ?
-------------------------------Depending on your device and on your display resolution, the stream can be slow.
Try to modify Screen Stream Mirroring settings like resolution or video format.
-> If you device is compatible enable the "Use hardware encoding" option.
-> Lowering resolution will also for sure improve a lot performance.
-> Using RTSP streaming mode should give better results than HTTP or TCP.
