Germanyontheothersidesharesthepointofviewofadevelopednation.Thewaterisclean,the

ThefirstactualactionsoftheGermangovernmentwereinitiatedintheseventieswithregulations
andlawsconcerningthepreservationoftheenvironment,morespecificallythedisposalofwaste.
Lateron,in1994,thefirstlawsonenvironmentalprotectionwereincludedintheGerman

Atfirst,environmentalpreservationinGermanywasmainlyconductingaftercare.
Thedamagewhichwascausedduringtheeconomicdevelopmentshouldberepairedwiththehelp

Nowadays,aftercarehaschangedintopreventionandactionstakenbytheGermangovernment
regardingpreservationoftheenvironmentcanbedescribedthroughfourprinciples:

Firstly,thepolluterliabilityprincipleaimstomakepolluterspaythecostsofenvironmental
destruction,sothattheywilltrytoavoidtheminthefirstplace(e.g.sharesforcarbon
dioxideemissions)
Secondly,theprincipleofpreventionaimsatgettingtheattentionearlyonenvironmental
protection.
Thirdly,thegoalofthecooperationprincipleistoengageallstakeholdersof
environmentrelatedquestionstocooperateinordertofindcommonlyacceptedsolutions.
Lastbutnotleast,theintegrationprincipleshallhighlightthetopicofenvironmental

Theabovementionedprinciplesalltogetherresultintheprincipleofsustainability.Thenumerous
