Nelson has done a great deal of work in im proving the community in the short time he’s been here. With his election, he will continue to care for the residents of Ward 2 and ensure their well-being. “In this race the voters of Ward 2 have a choice, they can choose someone who has proven to the community that I am willing to roll up my sleeves and get the job with courage.” Roman said.

Nelson Roman is the Associate Director of LightHouse Holyoke, and serves on various non profit boards and commissions throughout Western Mass, he has assisted families in transition and in need.

“All I can say is that I am humbled, grateful and energized to go out fight and win this election,” Roman continued. “I will continue to knock on doors, build and grow genuine relationships with the residents of the ward and city. I want to serve as the progressive champion and collaborator, this City needs. This must be done in order to create the real change that people need to see and not just hear about during election season.”
