first unit of 400 hours May 4, 2010. Unit consists of education, clinical, and on call hours at three of
Norton Healthcare Hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky also volunteer at Norton Brownsboro as after-hours Chaplain

Dedicated time to attending Career Placement classes, Right Management Inc. Developed plan to
actively pursue opportunities in the private Industrial sector also in the Non Profit sector.

Support Group for Unemployed – Founded support group for parishes of Archdiocese of Louisville in 2009 to assist
unemployed individuals in developing resumes, networking/ collaboration, sharpening interviewing skills, and all other
necessary job search skills. Facilitated classes and coached job seekers. Objective to have one organization supported
by Louisville businesses to assist the unemployed in their job search.

EMHART TEKNOLOGIES, a division of Black and Decker, Farmington Hills, MI 2001-2009


A $35MM+ global fastening solution provider to the automotive marketplace. Emhart offers Engineered Solutions
and VMI services, Supply Base Management, and Program Management Capabilities.

General Manager
Reporting to President of the Americas Group, held full P&L accountability for this $35MM+ business. Led
operations, sales / marketing, distribution and warehousing, purchasing, finance, quality, engineering, new product
development, and customer service.
• Led operational team in recovery of $5MM+ in raw material price increase from customer base. Efforts
significantly increased direct standard margin and bottom line contribution.
• Led operational turnaround resulting in 37% increase in revenues in two years, 36% direct margin ratio
improvement and a 42% increase in operating income.
• Created strategy and directed team for two Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. In two years,
achieved positive 21% from negative 29% and positive 24.6% from negative 11%.
• Developed and implemented World Wide Sourcing Programs.
• Negotiated price reductions from worldwide supply base; decreased cost structure to customer base with
several Long Term Agreements (LTAs); implemented successful cost reductions.
• Established procedures to reduce inventory, and monitor purchases. Implemented state of the art bar
coding and labeling, improving the warehouse’s performance standards and eliminating human error.
• Attained an array of Quality certifications, including ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, and A2LA.

Loaves and Fishes – Cofounded in 2005. Contracted with local Detroit businesses manufacturing and distributing
bread, dairy, fruit, pastries, donuts and staples such as sugar and flour. Donations were distributed to Soup kitchens,
Food pantries, Home for Unwed Mothers, Churches, and other organizations feeding the poor. Donors were provided
with receipts allowing them to receive tax credits.

Assistant Chaplain – Botsford Hospital, Farmington Hills, Michigan, 2005-2008. Visited patients, comforted the
dying and their families, led worship services, counseled patients or recommended professional assistance.

St. Vincent De Paul – St. William, Walled Lake, Michigan, 2005-2008. Case worker making home visits to determine
eligibility for financial assistance. Became spiritual advisor in 2006.

Archdiocese of Louisville and the Archdiocese of Detroit - Ordained Deacon serving 2006 to present. Completed
Diaconal Program, Archdiocese of Louisville, 2002-2006.

AWARD – Nominated by employees of Emhart Teknologies and received Black & Decker’s Alonzo P. Decker’s
