    o PURCHASE ORDER Purchase Order determines the amount of inventories you have ordered from a particular vendor. Every time you add an inventory in this task it will automatically increase your “ON ORDER” also. o PURCHASE INVOICE Purchase Invoice determines the inventories that you have received from what you have ordered in your Purchase Order. Every time you add an inventory in this task it will automatically increase your “ON HAND” and decreases your “ON ORDER”. o CASH PAYMENT All payments to your inventories ordered and received should be maintained in this “Cash Payment” task to update your Accounts Payable Ledger. o SALES INVOICE Inventories that are already sold should be maintained this task to determine your daily sales on a particular inventory. o CASH RECEIPT This refers to the cash proceeds you received from your sales transactions ( sales invoice ). Sales in “ Sales Invoice” is presumed to be on account. All cash received from any buyer will only be inputted in the “ Cash Receipt”. o INVENTORY REPORTS What you have inputted in the Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice and Cash Payments will now be seen and recorded in the Inventory Reports. o PAYROLL REPORTS After you maintain , pay your employees and generate your payroll entries, payroll reports can now be seen. This will show the payments you made to your employees as a form of salaries and wages. o FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Generating the reports is the last and the final step of the whole process. This is the final output of the Inventory and Payroll System. We can now arrive our Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows. • SAVING IS A MUST

    OBJECTIVE

    The main objective of the study is to present a new variety of Siopao and
    Siomai in the market that could alternate the peoples meal habit for the fastest,
    most convenient and most affordable waw which could be enjoyed by customers
    of any ages,
    This study also aims not just to provide jobs and hire employees but also
    to create new business owners and be the boss of their own company.

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    The proposed matter presented by the proponents for the purpose of this
    study is line with merchandising business with cost of goods sold under the name
    of Super Siopai. The proponents Adora Bolodo and Lyka Khrsitine Bantillo
    decided to put up a partnership business with a capital of P 1,500,000 resulting
    to an equal contribution of P750,000 each in kind and in cash. Profit and losses
    distribution is in accordance with their capital contribution with additional salaries
    and bonuses depending on the circumstances.

    The partners have chosen Ayala Triangle to be the business location. The
    product presented is ideal for the fast pace of the place. The core focus and
    highlight of the business is about introducing to the market a new variety of
    Siopao and siomai that could alternate the customers meal habit might it be just
    for snacks, breakfast or even for lunch and dinners.

    As what have mentioned earlier, the business proposed is in line with


    merchandising with cost of goods sold, this means that the main products are
    being supplied by contracted supplier/s in accordance with the partners

    specifications when it comes to flavors and appearances and further processing


    will be added for the special sauce and product presentation before selling to the
    market.

    Having a projected net income of 2,200,106.00 for the first year, the
    business payback period would be six (6) months after operations and a return
    on investment of 1.08 for the year 2014-2015.

    The proposed matter is not only for the benefit of the partners but it also
    provide works for the people. The best part of the study is thatit does not only
    hire employees but it also helps and teach people how to be the owners and
    bosses of their own businesses
