Significantly improved the efficiency of the clinical operations of the endocrinology division. Doubled
the outpatient encounters and tripled new patient visits; doubled revenue and profits, while cutting
down waiting time for patients by 60%.
In addition to hiring new faculty members, he streamlined the clinics and patients access. Developed a
mathematical model to enhance patient mix to enhance revenue and clinical services.

With two other scientists, he founded this cardiovascular Biotech Company using a product for which
he holds the patent. Company has ongoing new drug development (IND)-based phase II and III

published averages of six peer-reviewed scientific papers each year, in high-impact journals.

Managed this large diabetes referral center with more than 35,000 clinic visits a year. Significantly
enhanced efficiency of the center by streamlining its operation, including the referral base and cutting
