Bonuses are eamed by Associates in good standing who worked 1960 hours
(client-bited and creditable non-bilable hours, as described in the Policy on Associate Creditod
Hours dated October 2013, posted on Pipeline) during the 2014-15 measuring period. Bonuses:

‘work commencement date, a permitted leave of absence, or a flexible work arrangement, will be
calculated on ful ime equivalency-adjusted basis.

Discretionary bonuses may be paid for exceptional contributions in hours, client
development, recruiting, diversity, practice group support and other non-bilable areas,
However, discretionary bonuses are a small component of total Bonus compensation.

Bonus determinations for Special Counsel and Senior Attomeys will be made on a case-
by-case basis.
