Difficult person to deal with:

When I was working on an important recruiting new brother for my


fraternity, one brother refused to see anyone elses point of view. I
knew that we werent going to be productive if we couldnt get this
team member to collaborate. I pulled them aside after our first
meeting and told them how much I valued their opinions. I also
emphasized that since we were a large group we had to pick our
battles and be somewhat flexible.
I think once I pointed that out, he understood the negative impact that
his behavior was having on the team. I realized that instead of arguing
with this person in the moment, it was more productive to pull them
aside one-on-one. Its still not really easy to work with this person, but
Ive found a way to make it manageable.
The question is 'How do you set goals?'
I start with the big picture, and define what I'm trying to achieve on the
long term as the strategic goal.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
My goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow
and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, Id like to assume
more management responsibilities and get involved in operation and
strategy or human capitol. But most importantly, I want to work for an
organization where I can build a career.

How do you priories deadline?


First I plan out the remaining tasks. In general, I will have already
done this well in advance of the deadline. I look at these tasks and
decide the easiest route to their completion. Sometimes it is easier to
work on one project at a time; sometimes it is easier to switch back
and forth depending on similarities in the type of tasks required. If one
is due sooner in the day than the other, then that one will receive full

priority. In addition, throughout the day I will inform all the necessary
individuals of the current project status, so that they also do not find
the upcoming deadlines too stressful.
Multiple deadlines on the same day can be difficult, so your best bet is
to show that you have a plan in mind. Though the answer above may
not be how you prioritize under the pressure of actual assignments, it
does do a good job showing that you come at these problems with a
plan.

line change and you end up with beam level are too high. I added
