As A Patisserie
Our Commitment
We kiss one another to show gratitude, happiness, excitement, love and affection. A kiss
inspires. And this inspiration begets energy. This energy, in turn, begets creativity. BIZU was
born out of this inspiration.
From this inspiration came the unique selection of cakes and pastries that were truly made to
inspire. It all began with a dream to have an authentic Parisian Patisserie where the finest
French pastries and European breads can be savored right in the Philippines. With much
training and patience, our Filipino chefs have learned the magical art of the French Patisserie.
Indeed, ensuring the most flavorful and artful products are brought to your homes is a labor of
love.
From a kiosk/caf at the third floor of Glorietta 4 that started operations in 2001 now has three
more outlets in Greenbelt 2, Alabang Towncenter and at The Promenade inside Greenhills
Shopping Center.
The menu includes all day breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner items.
Customers are not to leave without the chewy pastel-colored Macarons de Paris that Bizu
Patisserie is known for.
BIZU was coined from the French word "Bisous". Translated in English, the word means kiss.
Beso-beso, the Filipino term for kissing, is one of the most endearing and enduring qualities
of Filipinos. We kiss one another to show gratitude, happiness, excitement, love and affection.
A kiss inspires. And this inspiration begets energy. This energy, in turn, begets creativity. BIZU

At Bizu, food is at the heart of everything we do- be it our pastries or bistro fare. The love for
fresh food is celebrated, where everyday eating makes for what we call part of the niceties of
good living.
"At Bizu, cakes are not merely baked- they are created. They are not merely kept in glass cabinetsthey are sat on pedestals. Thats because they are not only special- they are unique, each unlike any
other, each as much a piece of culinary experience as a piece of art, each produced out of respect as
much for highly discriminating tastes as for the niceties of good living." - Vergel O. Santos
We put great importance in making sure that we bring you the most special cakes and pastries
you could ever imagine. The harmony of flavours, the texture of our delicate mousses, and the
artistry we put into each creation mirrors the kind of dedication the Bizu team has- just so you
could perfectly indulge and be content. Visit us and be doe-eyed with the multi-colored
pastries displayed in our long vitrines.
Bizu Patisserie and Bistro
Celebrating the age-old spirit of the bistro has become Bizu's daily task. Here, traditional French fares
are served in an atmosphere where people are of the utmost importance. Conversation is encouraged.
The enjoyment of simple luxuries, a must. This marriage of food and soul produces the distinct
experience of dining elegantly -- at home. The goal is not merely to fill the stomach, but to satisfy the
warm cravings of the heart.
We also take pride in bringing modern interpretations of traditional French and Continental bistro food.
Bizu brings back classics to the table and enhances every bit of flavor.
Breakfast is served at 7:00 in the morning and even lasts all day. At the bistro, we serve more than just
great salads, sandwiches and pastas served at Bizu cafes. Our entrees come perfectly with fresh soup
and salad- and our customers tell us that eating at Bizu is all worth it. Even better, we grow the organic
Arugula greens ourselves in our little farm in Tanauan, Batangas. Our pastas, sandwiches, soups,
salads and entrees make the experience complete.
Bizu cafes are much smaller compared to the grandiose bistros Bizu is more popularly known for.
Everything served here is light, fresh and in ample portions. Our cafe food is prepared in the traditional
manner of a French country household where anything is wonderfully hearty. Enjoy a warm bowl of our
pumpkin soup or a French Onion soup. Marvel at organic fresh green salads in a melody of magnificent
flavors or simply enjoy a Croque Monsieur or a fresh pesto pasta.
Even better, sit back and relax at our cafe and allow us to create that perfect escape from your hectic
day. They say we make the best Lavazza coffee- Italys number 1, and the most tempting homemade
Hot Chocolate. Now isnt that just perfect with an eclair one afternoon?
Our cafe at Alabang Town Center serves breakfast at 8 a.m. and it lasts throughout the day.

THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:
It all began with a dream to have an authentic Parisian Patisserie where the finest French pastries
and European breads can be savored right in the Philippines. With much training and patience, our
Filipino chefs have learned the magical art of the French Patisserie. Indeed, ensuring the most
flavorful and artful products are brought to your homes is a labor of love.

outlets in Greenbelt 2, Alabang Town Center, The Promenade, Greenhills Shopping Center, St.
Luke's Global City, One Rockwell and opening soon at Filinvest City. The menu includes all day
breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner items. Soon after, Bizu Catering Studio was launched so
that customers can take Bizu to their homes.
At Bizu, food is at the heart of everything we do- be it our pastries or bistro fare. The love for fresh
food is celebrated, where everyday eating makes for what we call part of the niceties of good living.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Bizu provides a laid back and casual approach to European dining. The atmosphere is one that is
warm and welcoming, rather than cold and intimidating. One can come in and casually sit down to
savor Manilas best Parisian-styled cake without any apprehensions or inhibitions. Imagine ladies
chit-chatting over lunch break, a couple sharing an intimate breakfast together, a powerhouse ad
agency conducting a private brainstorm session one afternoon by the mezzanine, or a family
celebrating moms birthday for dinner on a Saturday night. Because Bizu, itself is an art, and art
inspires ideas, dreams and feelings, Bizu becomes a venue where emotions are poured and shared.
The unique food creations and hospitable Filipino service secures this one of a kind experience.
THE SERVICE:
Genuine service is the battle-cry of the service staff at Bizu. Indeed, true Filipino hospitality is best
exemplified here. There is warmth, gentleness, and sincerity. The staff knows every product and
service available at Bizu and is keenly aware of the different needs of each client. A Bizu server is
understanding, caring, compassionate, and helpful.
I have been working as a stay at home mom for the past two years. During that time, I have really
perfected my time management and organizational skills.
ue to some family problem, I left my previous job. That's took long time to clear all my personal
issues. Now I am absolutely free man and I think its the time to find A better Job, where I need to
enhance my skill and ability.
I was looking for a better opportunity and right decision for a stable job, where I can utilise my skill
and Knowledge from the previous organisation, and again explore myself with more learning and
development in new skills which is required currently for a good opportunity by the organisation for
performing the job efficiently.
