June 2008 - January 2010 - Monroe Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation,
Monroe, WI

Director of Education and Training

* Coordinated all new employee orientations including extensive on-hands


training while on the floor for new nurses

* Conducted monthly audits for diabetic compliance per nursing directive

* Performed ongoing nursing audits on medication administration, infection control


and wound dressing changes per nursing directive.

* Performed on-the-spot in-services per corporate directive (ie., elopement
