Responsibilities:
Assist Head HSE in the development, review and implementation of HSE Procedures, Guidelines,
Bulletins and environmental Management Plans for Project.
Prepare HSE reports (daily, weekly, Monthly etc.) ,and HSE/audit reports/databases and also ensure that
recommendations, findings and actions are implemented, as appropriate, and in a timely manner at site
level.
Proactively monitor, review and audit all aspects of the onsite project operations to ensure that
necessary requirements are being met. Identify issues and recommend improvement plans as
appropriate.
Coordinate and monitor all HSE meetings to ensure that meetings are effective and that current HSE
information is both accurate and pertinent. Develop and implement Projects HSE Training Program
including emergency response Plan and Work permit procedures. Take a leading role in accident/incident
investigations. Investigate and report all near misses, accidents and malfunction of Safety equipment and
provide recommendations.
