BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The most evident feature of the Mixer Matrix M4 is the size, the easy handling and
transportation without to renounce at bigger machines performances.
Respecting our mechanical tradition the Work of 2 positive-displacement gear
pumps, allows outstanding achievement for desired mixing ratio and the possibility to
set as well the required flow to the specific consumptions you may have.
The positive-displacement gear pumps are installed under and in contact with the
aluminium sole plates allows heat to reach the entire circuit assuring uniformity of
temperature everywhere in the flow circuit since the start.
Another basic advantage of the original GEAR pump design is their filling reliability,
due to a very short vertical section that divides the adhesive from the feeding gears.
The sophisticated combination of PLC-INVERTERS and motors, assure a controlled
adhesive delivery, the software design instructs the motors to run at determined precise
speed for maximum adhesive delivery accuracy.
The control on each motor counted by encoder is warranty for 1,33% of accuracy for the
mixed adhesive delivered theoretically, always less than the 5% maximum difference
allowed by the adhesive producers.
The pressure sensors are positioned at the outlet of the positive displacement gear
pumps to provide further physical check, the machine will be able to perform
monitoring in real time during working.
An automatic system, which in proximity to the set point regulates the intensity of the
energy output whit small pulsed interventions, contributes towards an exact
temperature control and constant check up.
The stainless steel removable shell of the mixer haves double wall and is filled with
mineral wool, this assures a perfect heating sealing helping the system to maintain the
adhesive temperature.
Ultra sonic sensors installed on the adhesive tank lid can read different levels:
Maximum Minimum Topping-up level.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1 Frame with wheels: dimensions 920 x 720 x 1060H (mm).

2 Stainless steel tanks 30L capacity complete with lids.

2 Sonar sensors for adhesive level control and management.

2 PT100 sensors for adhesive control and temperature management.

2 Aluminum sole plates 300mm (diam.) with 2 electrical heaters of 300W each.

2 Positive displacement gear pumps.

2 Gear-motor driven by inverters;

2 Double-walled shell in stainless steel insulated with mineral wool.

1 Electrically heated double pipe (48 Volt) for the adhesive supply.

1 Adhesive delivery head complete of static mixer holder.

AUTOMATIC ADHESIVE REFILLING


Automatic refilling from 200kg 1000kg drums has the following advantages:
1. Automatic NCO and OH tank refilling, (tank lid always closed) avoid contact with air and
humidity that causes the NCO to reticulate, in the beginning forming superficial skin on
the surface and hardened clots over the NCO tanks walls, this can cause the
obstruction of mixer delivery head and fastidious cleaning maintenance programs.
2. Avoid temperature variations by transferring large quantities of product at room
temperature in an almost empty tank (low adhesive level inside the mixer tank). The
machine is arranged to automatically recall about the 5 % of adhesive level after having
consumed a similar amount inside the mixer tank. The adhesive level is constant,
between 70-80%, this does not change the temperature by allowing a constant and
uniform supply transferring from the 200kg/1000kg drums a small quantity of adhesive
each time needed.
3. Avoid the daily, difficult and expensive discharge of many small drums.
Thanks to automatic refilling you can in fact purchase from the adhesive producers
drums of 200 kg. or even 1000kg containers
