Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


1. HR Strategy ,OD & Recruitment
a. Formulation & implementation of different HR strategies, HR Forecasting
b. Undertaken Manpower Planning.
c. Organization Restructuring.
d. Assess manpower requirement and design recruitment plan based on
criticality of positions.
e. Recruitment budget preparation.
f. Identification of skill gaps, recruits, interviews, tests and select employees to
fill vacant position.
g. Responsible for best interview practices to ensure best quality of professional
to be recruiting.
h. Implementation of Corporate work culture.
i. Setting up the organizational Vision, Mission statement and goal.
j. Formulation & Implementation of all HR Policies and its procedures.
k. Good Knowledge in Business Process Re-Engineering.
l. Preparation of HR MIS to meet the Management needs.

m. Plan and conduct new employee orientation.


n. Ability to deliver the corporate presentation on behalf of the company.
o. Design & Implement the procedure for promotions, transfers, performance
reviews, termination.
p. Back ground verification system implementation.
q. Preparation of Organization chart
r. Implementation of Standing Order & develop SOP and its implementation.
s. Responsible for preparation of monthly & weekly MIS report and quarterly
graphical Power point presentation.

2. Compensation Planning & PMS


a. Wage & Salary Administration of Executive & Non Executives.
b. Analyzes wage & Salary Reports and data to determine competitive
compensation plan.
t. Develop & implement Job Description(JD), Key Result Area (KRA), Key
Performance Indicator (KPI)
c. Implementation of Performance Management System
d. Design and implement benefit plans participation such as insurance, Pension
plan.
e. Implementation of Job Rotation plan.
3. Learning and Development
a. Identify the Competency & Skill Mapping.
b. Individual Learning Need Assessment
c. Designing the Training Plan, Organizing Training & its feedback assessment.
d. Ensure the security on Industrial Peace.
e. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations,
promotions, performance review & safety.
f. Creation of pollution free environment & ability to inspire workforce.
4. Industrial Relation, Compliance Monitoring & Employee Relation
a. Dealing of conciliation proceedings in Labour Dept. & Court Cases in Labour
Court/ Industrial Tribunal.

b. Liasoning with Govt. Authorities and monitoring all Legal requirement like
Labour Dept, Factory & Directorate, Industries Dept , Local Revenue
,Administration & Police Department.
c. Ensure timely compliance to various statutory and industrial legislations like
PF, ESI ,Bonus , Gratuity , Contract Labour Act , Factories Act, FSSAI Act,
Employment Exchange, Apprentice Act etc and timely submission of all statutory
returns under the different Industrial Laws and to the Govt. Authorities as
required.
d. Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
e. Identifies legal requirements and govt. reporting regulation affecting human
resource functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in
compliance.
f. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions and collective bargaining contracts to
assess industry trends.
g. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
h. Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication records required by
law or local governing bodies.
5. Administration
a. Ability to manage administration of vehicles, Security Services, Guest House,
Travel Management , Canteen & Civil Work.
b. Implementation of 3 shift plan.
c. Office Administration & implementation of all outsourcing services(Like:
Security, House Keeping, Canteen, Carpenter work, Electrical work, Contract
labour, Transport & payroll ).
d. Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and
turnover.
e. Implementation of methods for disciplinary action.
f. Fixing up the accountability and evaluation of employees.
g. Investigate the accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier.
h. Coordinates safety committee meeting and act as safety Director.
i. Conduct wage survey in the labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
j. Prepare budget for human resource operation.
k. Prepare employee separation notice and related document.
l. Conduct exit interview

m. Guide the management for requirement of temporary staffing.


n. Design the procedure for place the right man at right time at right place.
o. Responsible for Assets Management.
