Job Description
b. Liasoning with Govt. Authorities and monitoring all Legal requirement like
Labour Dept, Factory & Directorate, Industries Dept , Local Revenue
,Administration & Police Department.
c. Ensure timely compliance to various statutory and industrial legislations like
PF, ESI ,Bonus , Gratuity , Contract Labour Act , Factories Act, FSSAI Act,
Employment Exchange, Apprentice Act etc and timely submission of all statutory
returns under the different Industrial Laws and to the Govt. Authorities as
required.
d. Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
e. Identifies legal requirements and govt. reporting regulation affecting human
resource functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in
compliance.
f. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions and collective bargaining contracts to
assess industry trends.
g. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
h. Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication records required by
law or local governing bodies.
5. Administration
a. Ability to manage administration of vehicles, Security Services, Guest House,
Travel Management , Canteen & Civil Work.
b. Implementation of 3 shift plan.
c. Office Administration & implementation of all outsourcing services(Like:
Security, House Keeping, Canteen, Carpenter work, Electrical work, Contract
labour, Transport & payroll ).
d. Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and
turnover.
e. Implementation of methods for disciplinary action.
f. Fixing up the accountability and evaluation of employees.
g. Investigate the accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier.
h. Coordinates safety committee meeting and act as safety Director.
i. Conduct wage survey in the labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
j. Prepare budget for human resource operation.
k. Prepare employee separation notice and related document.
l. Conduct exit interview
