Hi,
Due to WriteProtectOption in
Registry,it does not allow your
pendrive to format.So You follow
1.Go to Run->regedit

2.MyComputer->HKEY_LOCAL_MAC
HINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet
->Control -> StorageDevicePolicies
3.Delete the StorageDevicePolicies
in Your Registry. Now You can

To remove write protection: 1.
Open Start Menu 2. Run, type
regedit and press Enter, this will
open the registry editor. 3.
Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM
\CurrentControlSet\Control
\StorageDevicePolicies 4. Double
click the key WriteProtect in the
right pane and set the value to 0 In
the Value Data Box and press OK
button 5.Exit Registry 6. Restart
your computer and re-connect your
USB pen drive on your computer.

Hi,
i got the same problem i cannot
access my pen drive or even format
it again I've tried almost all
recommendation from the goggle
search and blogs like file recovery
tools etc.. ive tried all programs
that ive downloaded the only thing i
got benefited is that i recovered all
my file in the pen drive but im still
disappointed coz i still cant use my
8gb pen drive . whewwww i lost to

thanx appls this i will work for sure
go to disk management right click
on my computer>>go to
manage>>click on disk
management>>then format the
pendrive>>click yes for forced
format... and you'll be done for
sure... it worked for me
