We have added following two pages in (P) GETs learning diary. They
need to file What I am at the beginning of the year & What I have
become will be reviewed in final assessment at the time of on the job
evaluation.
Please note that no weightage allotted to this part (Annexure III)
What I am
It is important to know oneself, before we set out to understand others. We should know
what we are, where we are & where we want to be, only then can we succeed in the
marathon of life
My Ambition/Goal in life:
-

To become a very knowledgeable person.

My biggest achievement:
-

Winning the event Proteus, a mechanical water bot making competition

organized by NIT Surathkal and secured the second position among 51
participating colleges from all over India.

The biggest challenge I faced & how I overcame it :

-

The coordination and leading the team for the Proteus event was the biggest
challenge. We as a team went through a lot when our leader left the team and
there was a sense of directionlessness in the team. Finally, I stood up to the
opportunity of leading the team and guiding it through successfully to win the
event.

The books/magazines I read/have read:

-

I mostly used to read fiction novels and had a habit of going through the
newspaper daily to keep abreast of all the happenings around the world.

My strengths:

Positive attitude, leadership qualities, strong academic background

My areas of improvement:

My communication skills and technical know-how

My vision for Mahindra & Mahindra :

To be a world leader in everything Mahindra & Mahindra delivers as a product to

its customers.
What I have become

Change is an integral part of growth & development. If there is no difference between

what you were a year back & what you are today, it means you havent put in enough
efforts to introspect, retrospect & improvise.
My Ambition/Goal in life:

To delivery with perfection in whatever responsibilities I am entrusted with in the

organization I am working for, and to keep my learning curve steep enough to
match my standards. I also want to be respected for my knowledge by every one.

My biggest achievement:
-

Developing the MATLAB model for P601 ramp profile calculations

The biggest challenge I faced & how I overcame it :

-

I was unaware of the technical know-how in various transmission aggregates. I

overcame it by interacting with my teammates and domain experts and learning a
lot from their experience.

My best friend(s) at work:

My team( Jibin Paul's Team) is my greatest strength and the friends which keep
me motivated for tackling all the issues in my life in a proper way.
