John is an applicant and he is looking for a job. He wants to


work for IBM company, so he applies for software engineer
position. After 1 week, John receives a phone call from the
receptionist of IBM saying that the manager will interview him
for the occupation. After the interview, they ofer John the job;
therefore hes finally employed. They also make a contact. John
works very hard because hes afraid of losing his job. Unlike
John, many people have resigned their work at IBM because of
the pressure and the stress from the work. John never wants to be
dismiss from his career. He hopes to work until he is 55 years old,
then he can retire and gets the pension.
