includeactionstepsnecessary for
clientswhoseservices cannolbacompleted (6)
withinsix months.

7. At theendof thesix-month period,the licensee

shallvoluntarily
relinquish
thechildplecingagencylicenseissuedbytheDepartment.
 8. At $e end of the six-monthperiod,and upon the parties'substantial
compliancewith the termsof this agreement,the Deparlment shalldismissthe

voluntarily,knowinglyand intelligently,end with full understandingof the
consequences of doingso.

13. The partiesagreethat the termsof this agresmentbindlhe partiesto thls
