know who the real me is. I am Lyra Marielle P. Lasangre, born on June 02, 1997
and was born in Manila. I grew up in a sweet and loving family who gave me all

my needs, emotionally and financially. I took 13 years of my life studying at Divine Light
Academy which is actually located at Las Pias City. My parents describe me as an obedient
and smart kid that something to be proud of.

and Korean Variety Shows, Korean
Music Shows and
Korean/Japanese/Taiwanese Dramas. I
also like watching movies. My favorite
genres of movies are comedy,
suspense/thriller, musical and gory
movies. I find Romance Movies too corny. I
used to play many musical instruments
too such as guitar, flute/recorder and
piano. I really love to sing too that I used
to compete in competitions and auditions
and performing in events such as
weddings, birthday parties, and reunions
and other stuffs. I used to make song
covers too which I usually post online. I
spend most of my time surfing the
internet when I don't have anything to do
like studying and such.

en years from now, I see myself as

either a Pharmacist or a Flight
Attendant or a Psychiatrist in a
hospital. I took Pharmacy as my
course in University of Santo Tomas for 2
major reasons. First, I allowed my parents
to decide on what course I should take.
Mainly because, I dont show any interest
on any course when I was in the process of
filling-up my USTet application form.
Second, I think there are many job
opportunities if I graduated with Pharmacy
as my course. I can work as a registered
pharmacist in other countries where
pharmacist are very in-demand. Well, I can
still be a Flight Attendant if I want even if I
graduated with the course of BS
Pharmacy. All I just need is a 4-year course
so I can have my training in a Flight
Attendant school. Or after graduating, I
can still push through with my dream as a
Psychiatrist because as we all know, BS
Pharmacy is a med-course and I still can
continue my studies in any medical school
that I like. As of now, Im mentally stable
in the course that Im taking and happily,
Im trying my best to graduate without
having any deficiencies.

BELIEVE THAT THERE IS RAINBOW

ALWAYS AFTER THE RAIN. I KNOW
THAT IM STILL YOUNG AND I HAVE TO
FACE A LOT OF CHALLENGES AHEAD
OF ME BUT THOSE OBSTACLES CANT
STOP ME. I BELIEVE IN UPS AND DOWNS IN
LIFE. I MAY HAVE FAILED BUT I CAN STILL
STAND STRAIGHT AND FINISH MY GAME. I
ALSO BELIEVE THAT IM NOT ALONE IN
THIS BATTLE THAT IM ON. I HAVE MY
FAMILY AND FRIENDS BESIDE ME THAT
KEEPS ON CHEERING FOR ME. EVERY DAY
IS A SURVIVAL GAME FOR ME. I HAVE TO
BE STRONG TO FINISH THE DAY WITH A
SMILE ON MY FACE. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT
THE MORE YOU EXPECT, THE MORE
YOULL GET HURT. BUT, WE SHOULD
KNOW HOW TO FACE OUR FEARS AND
DONT LET OUR FEARS COME IN OUR WAY.
IF YOU JUST KEEP ON BEING IN THE SAFE
SIDE, YOULL NEVER KNOW HOW GREAT
LIFE CAN BE. HAPPINESS COMES
TOGETHER WITH SADNESS. WE SHOULD
ALWAYS BE READY OF THE REWARDS OR
THE CONSEQUENCES. IM A GREAT
COMPANION AS MY FRIENDS TOLD ME
BECAUSE I ALWAYS GIVE THEM GOOD
ADVICES THAT CHEERS THEM UP. BUT THE
TRUTH IS, I CAN ONLY GIVE GOOD
ADVICES TO OTHERS BUT I CANT APPLY IT
IN MY OWN LIFE. IM ALWAYS SCARED OF
THE OUTCOMES, MAY IT BE A GOOD OR
BAD RESULT. I CAME TO REALIZE THAT IM
A TYPE OF PERSON WHO ALWAYS PLAY ON
THE SAFE SIDE. ID RATHER LOSE THAN
GAIN.

ight now, I can say that Im in

stage of struggling. I have a low
mindset which made me think
that having a passing grade is
already enough. I dont look forward in
having honors or awards. Actually, I just
want to pass all my subjects and to
graduate without any deficiencies. As I
have said, Im currently struggling in my
everyday life. I need to pass all my exams,
submit all my home works and projects
and to accomplish all of the requirements
given. Im not like others who are grade
conscious. Having a passing grade is
enough for me. My parents always
encourage me to study hard because its
my only way to give back all of their hard
works just to let me study in a prestigious
university. My family is the source of my
strength especially when Im having
troubles with Chemistry, and major
Pharmacy Subjects.
