BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The proposed business of the researchers will be in a form of sole


proprietorship. The business is a spa that offers various health and body
treatments using chocolate, milk and tea. The business establishment is a threestory building located at the Landco Business Park, F. Imperial St., Legazpi City,
beside the Pacific Mall.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
I. Market Study
This is the process of projecting demands and supply for a clear
perspective on how the business will work. It consists of demand analysis on
which the supply analysis where the researchers finds out that it is about the
supplies of product of the business, not competitors. The growth of the business
will not depend on the competitors and surveys conducted but on how
employees and service of the business works to satisfy clienteles with the quality
they are looking for.
II. Technical Feasibility
Is the process of identifying the materials, labor, physical location,
technology, and other important logistics of how the business will run. In some
regards it serves as a flow chart of how the products and services evolve and
move through the business to physically reach the market.
III. Organization and Manpower
To define the legal and corporate structure of the business. It may also
include professional background information about the founders and principals of
the business and what skills they can contribute to the business. This also
describes the qualities of the manpower needed in order to execute the service
efficiently and professionally.

IV. Financial Feasibility


A study on whether a project is viable after taking into consideration its
total costs and probable revenues. This evaluates the sustainability and
profitability of the business' investment. The researchers therefore include that
the business is feasible.
V. Socio Economic Feasibility
To discuss how the business affects the employment, government and
environment during operation and how it will contribute for the development of
the economy.
