Reproductive Health Act of 2012 Republic Act No. 10354 It is informally known as the Reproductive Health Law or RH Law It is a law in the Philippines, which guarantees universal access to methods on contraception, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care.

It leads the implementation of the reproductive health care program to ensure the Filipinos' access to methods, facilities, services and supplies that contribute to reproductive health and well-being. It is for the distribution of family planning supplies to the whole Philippines through the local government units.

Commission (PHIC) It gives maximum benefits to Filipinos with serious and lifethreatening reproductive health conditions including HIV and AIDS, breast and reproductive tract cancers, and obstetric complications, and menopausal and post-menopausal-related conditions. Specific guidelines on this provision are provided by the said health insurance corporation.

It formulates a curriculum for public schools that its trained teachers can follow. They will provide age-appropriate reproductive health education which include but not limited to topics on values formation, sexuality, kinds of abuse, responsible teenage behavior and even responsible parenthood to adolescents defined in the law as people between 10-19 yrs old.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU)

It is responsible of the following: a. upgrading its local hospitals' equipments and personnel as deemed necessary by its local health office; b. distributing; and c. monitoring family planning supplies from the DOH to their specific jurisdictions.

Province Its functions and duties in relation to its component cities and municipalities are generally coordinative and supervisory. 3. Municipality It is endowed with the facilities of a municipal corporation, exercised by and through the municipal government in conformity with law. 5. Barangay The smallest political unit.
