SNAPSHOT

Eleven portables arrived at El Rodeo

Sunday, preceding an additional 23 slated for
delivery later this month.
Superintendent Steve Kessler said the portables must be dropped off with a permit
through the City of Beverly Hills, making
Sundays the only permitted delivery day.
The remainder of the middle school portables will be delivered this coming Sunday,
followed by the [next] Sunday, Kessler said.
Portable prep, which kicked off earlier this
week and includes plumbing and electrical
work, will roll into the winter break.
Students are scheduled to move into the
new buildings after the first of the year.
The El Rodeo field will house the portables. According to a City Council presentation last month, construction activities at the
school are estimated to end April 2019.
