1.Power on, reset the machine to original situation.

2.Adjust each parameter correctly, including vacuum
gauge, temperature controller, precise pressure
regulating valve, operation interface etc..
3.Put the counter pointed screen on the machine
under mold tray. Put silicone pad on the tray.

4.Press the two green buttons at the same time to start.

The machine will automatically return to original
situation after laminating.
5. Take out the screen. It is done.

Operation Interface Instruction

Note: Please use triangle socket and properly
connect ground wire for your safety and
machine safety

1.Manual operation: Exchange between manual model and

automatic model by touch.
2.Air cylinder proceeding: Under tray goes forward and backward
by touch.
3.Vaccum cylinder goes down: cylinder goes down (or up) by touch.
4.Break vacuum to open cylinder: Input air to vacuum cylinder to
open it.
5.Press mold goes down: Inside press board goes down.
6.Open vacuum: Vacuum pump works. Extract air in the vacuum
cylinder until it is vacuum situation.
7.Reset: Let the machine recover by touching reset button.
8.Down pressing time: Usually set 150-200ms (namely 15-20s).
9.Opening vacuum time: set 25ms (namely 2.5s).
10. Parameters setting: Inside parameters have been set in the
factory, and they usually do not need to be adjusted.

Notes
1.It is advised that try several time to make sure the machine functions
well before starting working in order to reduce unnecessary loss.
2.Set the operation interface parameters to reasonable value, usually
subject to the values set in factory. Please do not random set these
parameters and call our after sales engineer if any problem occurs.
3.Let operation interface be automatic situation when it is working
normally.
4.Connect all power and connectors according to the regulations. Refer to
7 page for detailed instruction.
5.Do not put your hand in any functioning part in case of injury.
6.Please do not open the back cover without the engineers guidance if
case of electric shock.
7.Please put the machine in dry and clean environment.

Open the
electricity box to
find the relay as
showed. Pull down
the relay by band
directly to
exchange if broken.
Notice the model
and voltage of the
relay.

vacuum gauge
can not reach
the one set, then
you can reduce
the pre-set
vacuum value by
1-2.

The vacuum
