Triduum Ministry Sign Up Rules for Fasting and Abstinence During Lent
If you are interested in taking part in the ministries during the Generally, all Catholics 18—59 years of age are obliged to fast
Good Friday service and the Holy Thursday and Easter Vigil on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. In addition, Catholics
Masses, please sign up in the atrium. The run-throughs for the aged 14 years and older must abstain from meat on Ash
Masses will be in the Holy Spirit Chapel as follows: Wednesday, Good Friday, and all Fridays during Lent.
