At Living we are guided by the desire of creating versatile ceramic solutions for interior design and architecture. Claddings
- on floors, walls, countertops, steps... - are the skin of our homes, and we believe that it is necessary to take care and pay
attention to them. We feel a true passion for good design, which is why we manufacture all our products in Italy and Spain,
referential countries in ceramic design. We are committed to a material such as ceramics that makes it easier to obtain original
and practical resources. Our ultimate objective is customer satisfaction, and we focus the professionalism and thoroughness
of our work on this point. We strive in creating products that respond to todays requirements, that are adapted to the users
needs, and are in line with the new trends. We are committed to avant-garde design. We work with two types of products:
mass colored porcelain lines, ideal both for outdoors and indoors in formats that go 5x5 cm mosaics to 60x180 cm pieces;
and white glazed paste in measurements that go from 7.5x15 cm to a maximum of 40x120 cm. By combining creativity with
the infinite possibilities of ceramics, we have created Living, a brand that is capable of facing current challenges.

En Living nos guiamos por el deseo de crear soluciones cermicas verstiles para el interiorismo y la arquitectura. Los
recubrimientos de suelos, paredes, encimeras, peldaos... son la piel de nuestros hogares y espacios pblicos; y creemos que
es necesario cuidarlos y prestarles atencin. Sentimos verdadera pasin por el buen diseo por eso fabricamos todos nuestros
productos en Espaa e Italia, pases referentes en el diseo cermico. Apostamos por un material que facilita la obtencin de
recursos originales y prcticos, como es la cermica. Nuestro fin ltimo es la satisfaccin del cliente y en ello ponemos nuestra
profesionalidad y la rigurosidad de nuestro trabajo. Nos esforzamos en crear productos que respondan a las exigencias
actuales, adaptados a las necesidades de los usuarios y en consonancia con las nuevas tendencias. Encontramos dos tipos
de producto: porcelnico de masa coloreada, idneo para exteriores e interiores en formatos que van desde mosaicos de
5x5 hasta piezas de 60x180 cm; y pasta blanca esmaltada en medidas desde los 7,5x15 hasta mximos de 40x120 cm.
Estamos comprometidos con el diseo de vanguardia. Conjugando la creatividad con las posibilidades infinitas de la cermica,
hemos creado Living, una marca capaz de afrontar los retos actuales.

The eight collections we are launching from Living suggest a rich blend of materials and finishes. They are designed as a
whole, so that they are easy to combine with each other, regardless of the line and the chromatic choice. They are lines that
follow the current trend of joining different surfaces. Experimenting with this blend of textures is the leitmotif which gives
rise to a material conception of the pieces. They are sophisticated finishes achieved through a game with the material and an
evolved design. The result: materials that bring poetry to everyday life. All these products have the same thickness, allowing
almost infinite combinations. All the lines can be found in a wide variety of formats, responding to the demands of todays
architecture. We have used current technologies such as ceramic color digital printing, and technology forefront methods such
as directly printing on the glazing and mascaring, which have enabled us to create light and beautiful designs with great
personality and with unprecedented finishes and textures.

Las ocho colecciones que lanzamos desde Living proponen una rica mezcla de materiales y acabados. Estn concebidas como
un todo, de forma que resulta sencillo combinar unas con otras, independientemente de la coleccin y la eleccin cromtica.
Son colecciones que siguen la lnea actual de unin de diferentes superficies. La experimentacin con esa mistura de texturas
es el leit motif que da pie a una concepcin matrica de las piezas. Sofisticados acabados conseguidos a travs de un juego
con la materia y un diseo evolucionado. El resultado: materiales que aportan poesa a la vida cotidiana. Todos ellos con el
mismo espesor, lo que permite combinaciones cuasi infinitas. Todas las colecciones se encuentran en una amplia variedad de
formatos, respondiendo a las exigencias de arquitectura del momento. Hemos utilizado tecnologas actuales como impresin
digital en colores cermicos, y mtodos a la vanguardia de la tcnica, como la impresin directa en esmaltes y el mascaring,
que nos han permitido crear diseos ligeros y bellos, de gran personalidad y con acabados y texturas inditas.

En el diseo de las colecciones hemos tenido en cuenta las ltimas tendencias en color, pero a la vez hemos creado una gama
tonal atemporal, que no pasa de moda. Cromatismos centrados en la simplicidad y la belleza, con la sobriedad y elegancia
como cualidades que dominan las propuestas. Una gama de colores naturales capaz de crear superficies con personalidad
nica. El conjunto de las colecciones presenta una gran versatilidad matrica, pues se inspira y reproduce materiales como
la madera, el cemento, la piedra natural, etc. Reproducciones llenas de sutilezas y detalles en las que los juegos de brillos y
mates juegan un papel esencial.

In the design of the lines we have taken into account the latest trends in color, but at the same time we have created a
timeless tonal range, which does not go out of fashion. These are color plans that are focused on simplicity and beauty, with
sobriety and elegance as qualities that dominate the proposals. It is a range of natural colors capable of creating surfaces
with unique personality. The group of lines has great material versatility, as it is inspired in and reproduces materials such as
wood, cement, natural stone, etc. These are reproductions full of subtleties and details where the play with gloss and matte
finishes has an essential role.

De la conexin con la tradicin y las races histricas de la cermica surge Maylica, una coleccin de pasta blanca para

Proyecto Rehabilitacin de Cocina.

With the particular tactile texture that the ceramic pieces provide, this kitchen
project is designed for creating a dynamic and practical space. It is a kitchen that
responds to the typical social interaction needs of this room. The countertop, in
a contemporary style, is made of ceramic microcement, generating a functional
work space with a sober appearance. The end result is an interior design inspired in
Scandinavian design, clean, simple, and intimate.
Con la textura tctil particular que aportan las piezas cermicas, el proyecto de
esta cocina, est pensado para generar un espacio dinmico y prctico. Una cocina
que responde a las necesidades de interaccin social actuales propias de esta
estancia. La encimera, de corte contempornea, est realizada con microcemento
cermico, generando un espacio de trabajo funcional y de aspecto sobrio. El
resultado final es un interiorismo inspirado en el diseo escandinavo, limpio,
sencillo y cercano.

The wall covering in pieces from the Mayolica line in matte white, reveals the
nature of the ceramic pieces and uses as a resource the imperfect beauty typical of
crafted pieces, to which the technical characteristics of ceramics are added.
El revestimiento en pezas de la coleccin Mayolica en blanco mate revela la
naturaleza de las piezas cermica y que toma como recurso la belleza imperfecta
propia de las piezas artesanas, a la que se le aaden las caractersticas tcnicas
de la cermica.

The customer service area has been designed as a metaphor of the business style.
On the one hand it is modern and avant-garde, and on the other it is traditional. On
the floors we find crude-appearing cement and on the counter, we find a traditional
style ceramic that makes us look back to the pastry shops of yesteryear.
La zona de atencin al pblico se ha proyectado como una metfora del estilo del
negocio. Por un lado modera y vanguardista, y por otra tradicional. Los materiales
representan esta combinacin de conceptos aparentemente contradictorios. En
los suelos cemento de aspecto crudo y en el mostrador, una cermica de corte
tradicional en tonos mate que vuelve la mirada a las pasteleras de antao.

Project Japanese Restaurant.

Proyecto Restaurante Japons.

For this restaurant project, open spaces that embrace the tradition of popular restaurants have been
designed. Thus, the surfaces from the Mayolica Ivory line present a set that resembles the typical brick
walls of English establishments. The flooring, in ceramic microcement, gives the space an industrial
look, and the furniture invites you to share the table with other diners. The end result is a space that
avoids formalisms and presents itself as intimate and inviting.
Para el proyecto de este restaurante se disearon espacios abiertos que abrazaran la tradicin de
los restaurantes populares. De esta forma, las superficies de la coleccin Mayolica Ivory, presentan
un conjunto que recuerda a las brick walls, propias de los establecimientos ingleses. El pavimento, en
microcemento cermico le otorga un aspecto industrial a la estancia, y el mobiliario invita a compartir
la mesa con el resto de comensales. El resultado final es un espacio que huye de los formalismos y se
presenta cercano y acogedor.

The resulting environment radiates originality due to its unique mix of modernity
and tradition, and of materials of different nature and origin, without losing a
refined and elegant touch. In this project the Mayolica collection, which updates
the hand-made enamelled terracotta to a modern language, serves as an element
that unifies the entire space.
El ambiente resultante desborda originalidad por su peculiar mezcla de
modernidad y tradicin, y de materiales de diferente naturaleza y procedencia,
sin perder el toque refinado y elegante. En este proyecto la coleccin Mayolica,
que actualiza las terracotas esmaltadas manuales a un lenguage contemporneo,
sirve como elemento que unifica todo el espacio.

Project Public Bathroom Restoration.

Proyecto Rehabilitacin Baos Pblicos.

A wall that invites touch and a warm and nearby soils, this stay immersed in a
process of transformation bathroom concept. The aim is to create a space that
purchase greater welfare and relaxation. This bathroom in one of the spa suites,
which extols the surface characteristics, opens to the outside through a large
window creating a direct link with nature.
Una pared que invita al tacto y unos suelos clidos y cercanos, sumergen esta
estancia en un proceso de transformacin de concepto de bao. El objetivo es crear
un espacio capaz de lograr mayor bienestar y una relajacin mxima. El bao, que
ensalza las caractersticas matricas de las superficies, se abre al exterior a travs
de un gran ventanal generando un vnculo directo con la naturaleza.

The selection of wall coverings is a clear reference to the modernist style, through a glazed ceramic that
permeates delicacy, light, and harmony. In this case nature itself is evidenced, and traditional formats are
highlighted with joints that, far from hiding, can be clearly seen and become decorative elements. In this project,
the quality of materials, and a simple and clean design prevail.
La seleccin de revestimientos suponen una clara referencia al estilo modernista, a travs de una cermica
esmaltada que respira delicadeza, luz y armona. En este caso se evidencia la propa naturaleza y se realzan los
formatos tradicionales a travs de juntas que, lejos de esconderse, se muestran y se convierten en elementos
decorativos. En este proyecto priman la calidad de los materiales y un diseo simple y limpio.

The bath here is conceived as an escape space from daily life. The warmth of the
ceramic oak brings intimacy. The walls of the Mayolica Grey line reinforce the bond
to our memory, returning to the concept of the bath as a moment of relax and
personal introspection.
El bao, se concibe aqu, como un lugar de escape de la vida cotidiana. La calidez
del roble cermico aportan cercana. La paredes de la coleccin Mayolica Grey,
refuerzan el vnculo con la memoria, volviendo a la concepcin del bao como un
momento de relajacin e introspeccin personal.

This project researches new codes in order to interpret the bathroom where the
usual rigid geometry of ceramic elements is broken to provide a unique character
to the whole. The Mayolica line is thus a bold choice, while at the same time it
introduces a highly saturated grey color, it has a high ability for reflecting outdoor
light, and so the end result is bright.
Este proyecto investiga nuevos cdigos para intepretar el bao en el que se rompe
la geometra rgida habitual de los elementos cermicos para aportar un caracter
nco al conjunto. La coleccin Mayolica supone una apuesta audaz pues, a la vez
que introduce un cromatimo gris de alta saturacin, tiene una alta capacidad de
reflectar la luz exterior, por lo que el resultado final es luminoso.

Project Guest Bathroom Restoration.

Proyecto Rehabilitacin Bao de Invitados.

The bathroom in this house is a discreet proposal that gives prominence to light and
color. In this case only one wall has been covered with ceramic pieces from the Mayolica
line with a high gloss glaze in dark colors, on which the natural light that enters through
the large translucent window is projected. In the rest of the elements, the flooring is a
ceramic oak wood in a neutral color, and a conic freestanding washbasin, neutral colors
have been selected in order to lighten up the color ensemble.
El bao de esta vivienda es un propuesta discreta que cede el protagonismo a la
luz y el color. En este caso se ha revestido una sola pared con piezas cermicas de la
coleccin Mayolica con un esmalte de alto brillo y unas tonalidades oscuras, sobre la
que se proyecta la luz natural que penetra por el gran ventanal traslcido. El resto de
elementos, un pavimento en madera de roble cermico en tonos neutros, y un lavabo
cnico exento, se han seleccionado en tonos neutros para aligerar el conjunto cromtico.

In this bathroom detail we can clearly see the Mayolica Taupe line. The setting is
made up of a textured wall that invites us to look at it and touch it. It is a recovery
exercise of ceramic classics, also bringing a touch of sophistication in the choice of
color, a highly saturated gray of great elegance.
En este detalle de la estancia de bao se aprecia con mayor claridad la coleccin
Mayolica Taupe. El ambiente se compone de una pared con texturas que invita a
la vista y al tacto. Un ejercicio de recuperacin de los clsicos de la cermica, que
adems aporta un toque de sofisticacin en la eleccin de color, un gris de alta
saturacin de gran elegancia.

Living works under the criteria of environmental respect, occupational safety and health, and quality, as principles
of our company culture. This philosophy has led us to be part of the Green Building Council, a non-profit association
made up of companies working for our environments to be sustainable, responsible, and healthful for people. We
safeguard the safety at work by training our staff in safety and environmental protection aspects. Our environmental
management has obtained the ISO 14001 - AENOR. We work to be sustainable in different fields: Sustainable
energy: we save energy in the phase of soil atomization, reusing the combustion gases released by the turbines in
cogeneration. We have minimized the energy use when kilning materials in the piece pre-drying phase and when
heating the air required for combustion. Water saving: we reuse the water coming from the grinding section for
cleaning the glazing section. This residual water, together with the sludge, have a second use in the slip that is later
atomized. Containers and packaging: we use enclosing-type cardboard boxes which save material. In addition, all our
containers and packaging are recyclable. Reuse of materials: during the production cycle we reuse both the excess
from non-kilned materials as the excess from kilned ones coming from the grinding section, which are used in the
slips.

empresas que trabajamos para que nuestros entornos sean sostenibles y responsables. Velamos por la seguridad
en el mbito laboral formando a nuestro personal en aspectos de seguridad y medio ambiente. En nuestras plantas
de produccin nuestra gestin medioambiental ha culminado en la obtencin de la certificacin ISO 14001 AENOR. Sostenibilidad energtica: ahorramos energa en la fase de atomizacin de la tierra, reutilizando los gases
de combustin liberados por las turbinas en la cogeneracin. Hemos minimizado el uso energtico aprovechando
los gases emitidos durante la coccin de los materiales para ser utilizados en la fase de presecado de las piezas y
en el calentamiento del aire necesario para la combustin. Ahorro de agua: reutilizamos el agua procedente de la
seccin de rectificado para la limpieza de la seccin de esmaltado. Estas aguas residuales, junto con los lodos, son
utilizadas para elaborar parte de la barbotina que posteriormente es atomizada. Reutilizacin de materias: durante
el ciclo productivo reutilizamos tanto los sobrantes de los materiales no cocidos, como de los cocidos procedentes
de la seccin de rectificado que son usados en las barbotinas. Todos nuestros envases y embalajes son reciclables.

Cement-based adhesive should be used for each type of product; porcelain color body or white body. /

The area to clad must be uniformly leveled. The use of leveling systems is mandatory for a perfect installation. /
El uso de sistemas de nivelacin es obligatorio para una perfecta colocacin. La zona a revestir debe estar perfectamente nivelada.

Minimum joint is recommended to place the pieces correctly. /

Se recomienda una junta mnima de 2 mm para la colocacin entre piezas.

The rectangular formats cannot be placed united to any more than 3/4 of the piece. /

Once placed and grout cleaning equipment is mandatory. Improper cleaning may leave traces of products used in the placement or the
protection of the tiles, as cements, resins epoxilicas, grout, waxes or fats. For optimal cleaning after placement for cases of intense and
stubborn dirt accumulated over time, and for maintenance, required to use the right products. The following table shows some of the
recommendations of one of the most prestigious brands.
Una vez colocado y rejuntado el material es obligatoria la limpieza. Una limpieza incorrecta puede dejar restos de productos empleados
en la colocacin o de la proteccin de las baldosas, como cementos, resinas epoxlicas, material de rejuntado, ceras o grasas. Para una
optima limpieza tras la colocacin, para casos de suciedad intensa e incrustada acumulada en el tiempo, y para su mantenimiento, se
precisa emplear los productos adecuados. En la tabla siguiente mostramos algunas de las recomendaciones de una de las mas prestigiosas
