Quality Control
We have established an internal audit process, to ensure overcall companywide
maintenance of best practices in coding and application development. Developer
incentives based on result of audit, ensure overall awareness of quality standards.

Project quality control

Every project is allocated a tester by the test team, which is outside of project team.
This ensures robust testing of applications. Test team works with project leaders to
create use cases and test cycles, early in the project life cycle. Developers perform unit
testing during the development phase and the cycles are randomly executed by tester
at different stages of the project, to ensure systematic checking of all aspects of the
project.
After completing the development, the application is handed over to the QA team which
performs various kinds of testing. Thorough testing of application ascertains that the
final application would meet the expectations of the client.

User Training
Sterotech will provide users 2 training session of 2 hrs. each on all the aspects of the application.

Warranty & Support

Warranty shall be for a period of 30 Days from the date of acceptance of the application software. Any
bug/defect arising in this Application during this period would be rectified free of cost.

1: Support shall be for a period of 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application software.
2: Any bug/defect arising in this application during this period would be rectified free of cost.
3: It is recommended that the CLIENT plans on signing a maintenance contract on completion of
free support, to ensure consistent support.

Terms & Conditions

1:

All design files, graphic files, logo files will be provided by CLIENT.
Cost of travel / stay if on site visit is required will be as per actual
Any change to the design after approval could involve change in charges.
No change in layout will be accepted after approval of design.
A team of 2 persons to be nominated from CLIENT for interaction related to Application. No
discussion would be encouraged with any other person related to system details. System
completion to be authorized by the same team.
Sterotech requires a period of one week from order confirmation to start work on the project.
Client will have exclusive right over the code in its entity, designing and development of the
website apart from open source codes and languages used during the development of the
website.
Support for the package would be provided remotely.
Support period date will start from the date on which site will go live.
This proposal is valid up to 28th nov 2015.
