Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant post
where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:-

Contract: 02 years (extendable)
(Salary: Rs. 450,000/- per month)
BSc
Valid ATPL (Helicopter)
Minimum 4000 hours flying experience including at least 3000 hours on
helicopter.
1000 hours Pilot-in-Command on Multiengine Helicopter.
QHI / QFI / FI with at least 1000 hours instructional hours or helicopters.
10 years operational experience in the armed forces or aviation organization.
Experience in operations management
Maximum 62 years (including all age relaxations).

Assistant Air Traffic Control Officer-II (AATCO) (EG-01) (32 Positions)

(Merit-2, Punjab-17, Sindh (U)-1, Sindh (R)-4, Bal-2, GB-FATA-2, KPK-3 AJK-1)
(Pay Scale: 29,400 2,940 88,200)
BS in (Physics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Aviation Management)
from HEC Recognized University with at least 2nd Division or equivalent
CGPA (Minimum 16 Years of Education is mandatory)
OR
Bachelors in Engineering from HEC Recognized University
with at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA
Maximum 28 Years

Terms of Reference
i)

Age Relaxation will be allowed as per Federal Government Rules (details available at
www.caapakistan.com.pk) for the post mentioned at S.No 2.

ii)

Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete applications shall
not be considered.

iii)

Applicants holding equivalent qualifications must produce Equivalence Certificate issued

from HEC in respect of the particular qualification.

iv)

Test / Interview will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for
which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).

v)

No TA / DA is admissible for test / interview.

vi)

Appointment will be subject to CAAs medical fitness standards.

vii)

Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

viii) Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations including CAA

employees should send their applications through proper channel. NOC from current
employer is mandatory before test / interview.
ix)

Application received after due date will not be considered / entertained.

x)

Selected candidates for the post of AATCOs shall undergo basic training at Civil Aviation
Training Institute, Hyderabad and during training they will get fixed stipend. Their appointment
will be subject to successful completion of training. They shall also be required to execute a
standard Surety Bond for a sum of Rs.2,500,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Hundred Thousand
Only) at the time of joining in CAA.

xi)

Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a
definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate
is otherwise qualified.

xii)

In case, any educational documents found fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected
candidate will be terminated immediately and he / she will be blacklisted in future.
