FUEL

Motor Gasoline
Premium is a type of fuel oil of clear yellow chromatic distillate. The yellow colour is the
effect of existence of the additive material (dye). The usage of premium in general is for
vehicle motor fuel which has gasoline engine, such as: car, motorbike, motor patch and
others. This fuel often referred as motor gasoline or petrol.
Specification

Kerosene
Kerosene is a fuel oil of clear chromatic distillate type. The usage of kerosene in general
is as fuel in the household, but some industry also need kerosene for a few equipments
of its combustion and as a material.
Specification

Industrial Diesel Oil

Diesel Oil is a type of fuel oil of distillate which consists of heavy fractions or the mixture
of light fraction distillae and heavy fraction (residual fuel oil) and have dark black
chromatic, but remain to liquid at low temperature. The usage of diesel oil in general is
the fuel for diesel engine with medium or low rotation ( 300 - 1.000 RPM) or also utilized
upon direct combustion in industrial kitchens. this Diesel oil is also known as Industrial
Diesel Oil or Marine Diesel Fuel.
Specification

Marine Fuel Oil

Minyak Bakar is not from distillate type but from residue type and have dark black
chromatic. Minyak Bakar is more thicker than diesel oil and have higher level point pour
than diesel oil. The usage of minyak bakar in general is for fuel at direct combustion in
big industrial kitchens, the Steam Power Station and others which very pay attention for
economic facets of its fuel. Minyak Bakar is also referred as Marine Fuel Oil.
Specification

Automotive Diesel Oil

Diesel Oil is a type of fuel oil of distillate used for the machine of "Compression Ignition"
which its burn quality shown by Cetane Number. More higher Cetane Number show the
diesel oil more flammablely, the more lower Cetane Number show more tardyly its burnt.
The usage of diesel oil in general is for fuel at all of diesel engine type with high rotation
(above 1.000 RPM), also can be utilized upon at direct burn combustion in kitchenettes,
which most wanted for clean combustion. This diesel oil is also referred as Gas Oil,
Automotive Diesel Oil or High Speed Diesel.

SPECIAL FUEL
Aviation Gasoline (Avgas)
Description
Aviation Gasoline (Avgas) is the fuel which coming from the petroleum fraction designed
for the fuel of air transport (Aviation) at the plane which using the Internal of Combustion
Engine, piston Engine or reciprocating engine with Spark Ignition. The performance of
Avgas is especially determined by characteristic of anti-knock called octane number for
price below 100 and also performance number above 100. The type of Avgas marketed
in Indonesia is Avgas 100 / 130. It indicates its performance number.

Aviation Turbine Fuel (Avtur)
Description
Aviation Turbine Fuel (Avtur) is the fuel from the petroleum fraction designed for the fuel
of air transport (Aviation) at the plane which has turbine machine or external Combustion
Engine. The performance of Avtur is especially determined by the characteristic of its
hygiene, combustion and its characteristic at low temperature.

Lube Base Oil

Description
Lube Base Oil is a hydrocarbon compound which is produced from the distillation
process of vacuum long residue at Lube Oil Complex I/II/III at PERTAMINAS Processing
Unit IV Cilacap.
There are four types of the lube base oil :
1. HVI-60 or SN-150
2. HVI-95 or SN-200
3. HVI-160S or SN-500
4. HVI-160S or SN-500
Production Capacity
The lube base oil productions after debottlenecking are mentioned below :
1. HVI-60 = 69,400 tons/year
2. HVI-95 = 108,500 tons/year
3. HVI-160s = 104,600 tons/year
4. HVI-650 = 145,500 tons/year.

ink, components in the rubber making process at tire industry and vilcanize,
adhesive such as glue, farmation industry (cosmetics) and cleaning industry and
degreasing. Pertasol CB is used paint thinner, lacquers, vernish, printed ink, dry
cleaning, solvent printing on textile.
Liquified Petroleum Gas
Specification
According to its use, LPG is differentiated to :
1. LPG Mix
2. LPG Propane
3. LPG Butane

LPG Mix is the mixture of Propane and Butane with composition among 70 - 80 % and
20 - 30 % of volume and added by odorant (Mercaptant) and generally used for the fuel
in household.
LPG Propane and LPG Butane are LPG which is containing Propane 95 % and Butane
97,5 % of volume each and added by odorant (Mercaptant), generally used for industry.
