artists life since early childhood. I first touched a guitar when I was 3 or 4 and have been intrigued by music and musical
instruments ever since. Rocs ability to formulate and merge words with music moved him into the realm of writing and
producing. Realizing he had a real aptitude and genuine love for music he fused skills with close friend and rising producer
Mista Freeze to form the production team RocNFreeze. Their team alone is responsible for writing and creating songs for
various industry professionals most notably Rick Ross. The musical geniuss clever ability to create appealing hooks has earned
him the nickname Captain Hook amongst his peers.
Born in the peaceful and patriotic state of Boston, Massachusetts and raised in the southern state of sunshine and
retreat, Joel Emmanuel Allen, captures the true spirit of buoyancy and tranquility. Influenced by a broad range of musicians
the Florida native combines his love for classical, jazz, blues, soul, funk, rock and pop with his passion for R&B and hip hop

Gods nudge was the final factor in his decision to pursue a solo project. After years dedicated to working behind the
scenes he decided to take the plunge into the forefront. I feel like God was urging and guiding me to be the change in music
that I seek. So now its my turn. Rocs been receiving positive feedback for his debut single Oh Na Na Na which he refers to
