Santinis Natural Fruit Bag Juice is an imaginary business setup for
a purpose of this School Base Assesment.All information contains
in this research is base on the researchers perspective as to how
a Bag Juice Factory would be operated.

The SBA give a clear description of the business as a sole


proprietor operating as a local manufactor.It is hope that the
business will be started from owner life savings along with loan
from a loan institution.

The owner as an Entrepreneur will have to ensure that the


business is inline with Government Regulation.

as an Sole Trader business.
A sole trader must obtain a business license by law and also need
to complete a name search and a reservation after which she will

Santinis natural Fruit Bag Juice will have skilled, semi-skilled and
unskilled production staff. In the production department there will
be a total of five employees working in that area to produce the
top quality juice in the country.
There will be a production manager responsible for:
Planning and organizing preparation method and the packing of
the product.
Purchasing machine and other required equipment.
Supervising the unskilled trainees staffs, the manger will need a
certificate in food and nutrition

Their will be four staff preparing and packing the juice as


demanded by the company and customers.
The staff will need previous experience in the preparation of
product because of the variety of skilled worker required.
