THE IDEA
< It is a portable three day rubber sheet drying machine.90 sheets per cycle can
be dried using this technique.It is inspired from a fire accident in ordinary rubber
sheet drying furnace. It is a small relief to rubber farmers from adequate price
fall.It reduces the cost of drying .>

WORKING AND IMPLEMENTATION

< In this we are trapping the smoke and heat in furnace.Only smoke is allowed to
circulate inside the furnace and heat is maintain using the material glass
wool.Cashew shell,wood,coconut shell can be used as fuels.>

TECHNICAL DETAILS
< Major components required are Glass wool,Metal angliers,Metal
tube,Aluminium sheets,M-seal ,Bushes,Self screws,Hinges,Cylinder.Metal pipe >

SOCIAL IMPACT
< Mainly focused on rubber farmers. Cost of rubbersheet production will be
reduced.Increasing safety and reduces pollution as compared to ordinary rubber
furnace. Installation cost of ordinary rubber sheet furnace is around Rs 50000/without including working cost and maintenance,common farmers can not afford
it. Also portable ,less space required ,cheap working costand less cost. >

< Estimated cost is Rs 30000/->
