Crime Scene Story Conclusion

In conclusion, the killer was most likely Homie G, because the investigation showed that
he was always noticing how much money he had, and probably he wanted that money one day. It
couldnt have been Young Blood, because he saw Marco Polo in the alleyway, which is where a
homeless person, like Homie G, would most likely live. Although Marco did have an affair with
his girlfriend, Young Blood did what anyone would do when they come across a dead body: call
the police. The person following Marco was Gangsta Licious, because he is an enemy who is
jealous of Marcos life. Gangsta Licious and Homie G probably teamed up together to make a
scene where one of them was following Marco, and the other asked for everything he had and
killed him after that. Homie G is homeless, so he probably knows the streets and alleyways of
the neighborhood. Because Gangsta Licious most likely doesnt live where Marco lives, he just
became the follower to bring Marco to the alleyway where Homie G will kill him. Another thing
is that Gangsta Licious probably bargained with Homie G to kill Marco so he can take all the
money he had and get rich. Gangsta Licious most likely has money, but his life his nothing
compared to Marco Polo. Gangsta Licious wanted Marco killed, while Homie G wanted
everything Marco had so he get some money.

Based on the gel electropheresis, DNA strand 1, which is the crime scene from the
weapon of murder, matches up with DNA strand 2, or Homie G. This proves that Homie G was
the murderer in this crime case. The bands at the bottom of strands 1 and 2 are somewhat
parallel, which can mean that they match up. There is another place that where the bands in the
middle layer match with a band is lighter that the others in strand 2. That matches up with the
other bands in strand 1. The bands in DNA strand 3, who was Young Blood, do not seem to
match up with the layers in strand 1. This means that Young Blood had nothing to do with the
murder. Many of the bands in the top part of DNA strand 4, which is Gangsta Licious, look like
they match up with strand 1, meaning that Gangsta Licious was apart of the crime. However, the
bands in strand 4 are similar to those in strand 1, which probably means that Gangsta Licious had
the weapon with him, but gave it to somebody else, like Homie G, so Gangsta Licious wont be
guilty for killing Marco Polo. DNA Strand 5 has nothing to do with the crime scene, since
nothing matched with the other bands. Also, unlike the other strands, which have bold and large
bands, this strand has several little skinny bands that prove that this DNA strand is a mistake or
an error. The bands in the other strands are large and have a smaller amount of bands compared
to this other strand. Compared to the reference strand, the band lengths or the main four strands
have larger band lengths than the reference and fifth strand. This is because it indicates the
amount of protein, or DNA the group have inserted into the gel. This means that the thicker,
bolder, and larger the band is, the more they will have, in terms of protein, DNA, and RNA.
There were a lot of matches with other bands in three of the strands. This is because the two
proteins, or restriction enzymes, that cut the DNA strand are mostly likely the same. However,
when a band is just below another band, that means that two different proteins cut the strands.
Based on the results, it seems like more than three of the proteins were used to cut each of the

DNA strands, which helped us conclude who the murderer was. Although the murderer was
Homie G, he a little help from Marco Polos enemy, Gangsta Licious, who actually had the
weapon, but made Homie G kill Marco because of monetary issues and how he always noticed
that Marco had a lot of money on him.
