Basic Function:
Repair and adjust or maintain production and plant equipment machines
and facilities to ensure reliable, consistent operation according to stated
requirement, schedules and approved priorities.
form, fabricate and assemble components for project maintenance,

approval of supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties:
a.) Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related facilities
as directed.

b.) Uses machine tools ,power tools, hand tools or other special
equipment to repair, form and fabricate parts or components as directed.
c.) Under direction, moves machines, cable trays conduits, fixtures or
related equipment and provides support work for plant improvement project.
d.) Analys malfunction machines and system ( Electrical, Hydraulic,
Pneumatic, etc.) recommends corrective action, and upon approval, make repairs
or modification.
e.) Maintain working understanding of plant production processes,
equipment, system and facilities in order to perform maintenance and repair work
effectively under general direction.
f.) works on cooperation with other maintenance personnel and other or
outside of the company personnel when directed.
g.) Gets required tools, equipment and instrument clean up after use.
h.)Troubleshoots Electrical wiring problem
I.) Do electrical Wiring
J.)Terminate electrical circuit breaker
K.)knowledge in Motor Control (stop/start, forward/reverse, wye/delta,
etc.)
L.)Do Motor rewinding (Single/3 phase Motor.)
