1. Theexaminationwillbeconductedonline.YouwillberequiredtoenterLoginIDandPasswordtoentertheOnLineexam
site.PleaseensurethatyourNameandotherdetailswhichwillsubsequentlyappearonthescreenarecorrect.
2. Youarerequiredtobringthiscallletteralongwithphotoaffixedthereonandcurrentlyvalidphotoidentity
proofinoriginalandphotocopyofthephotoidentityproof.Pleasenotethatyournameasappearingonthe
callletter(providedbyyouduringtheprocessofregistration)shouldexactlymatchthenameasappearing
onthephotoidentityproof.Femalecandidateswhohavechangedfirst/last/middlenamepostmarriage
musttakespecialnoteofthis.IfthereisanymismatchbetweenthenameindicatedintheCallLetterand
PhotoIdentityProofyouwillnotbeallowedtoappearfortheexam.
3. AhandoutgivinginformationaboutthetypeofexaminationisavailableonthewebsiteoftheNationalInsuranceCompany
Limited.Pleasedownloadthehandoutandstudyitcarefully.
4. CandidatesshouldputtheirLeftThumbImpressionclearlyandsignintherespectivespaceprovidedonthecallletterin
thepresenceoftheinvigilator.
5. Youmustbringaballpointpenwithyou.
6. Youarecalledfortheonlineexaminationwithoutverifyingyourpersonaldetailsvizage,qualificationetc.withyour
certificates.Beforeappearingfortheonlineexamination,youmustensurethatyoufulfilltheeligibilitycriteriastipulated
bytheCompanyinallrespects.However,NationalInsuranceCompanyLimitedwilltakeuptheverificationofeligibility
conditionsi.e.Educationalqualification,experience,categoryetc.withreferencetooriginaldocumentsonlyatthetimeof
interviewonthebasisoftheirperformanceintheonlineexamination.
7. Candidateswillhavetoappearfortheonlineexaminationattheirowncost.
8. Yourresponses(answers)willbeanalysedwithothercandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarityofright
andwronganswers.Ifintheanalyticalprocedureadoptedinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthatthe
responseshavebeensharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,yourcandidaturemaybe
cancelledand/ortheresultwithheld.
9. Youmustreportattheexaminationvenue30minutesbeforethetimeasprintedonthiscallletter.
Candidatesarrivinglatewillnotbepermittedtoappearfortheonlineexamination.
10.Useofbooks,notebooks,calculators,watchcalculators,pagers,mobilephonesetc.isnotpermittedinthisexamination.
Candidatesareadvisednottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingmobilephones/pagerstothevenueofexamination
assafetyarrangementcannotbeassured.Anycandidatefoundresortingtoanyunfairmeansormalpracticeorany
misconductwhileappearingfortheexaminationincludinggiving/receivinghelpto/fromanycandidateduringthe
examinationwillbedisqualified.Thecandidateshouldbevigilanttoensurethatnoothercandidateisabletocopyfrom
his/heranswers.
11.Anyrequestforchangeofpost/date/session/centre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
12.YoumaypleasenotethatthiscallletterdoesnotconstituteanofferofemploymentwiththeNationalInsuranceCompany
Limited.
13.Anycanvassingbyoronbehalfofthecandidatesortobringpoliticalorotheroutsideinfluencewithregardtotheir
selection/recruitmentshallbeconsideredasDISQUALIFICATION.
14.Pleasenotethatacandidateisallowedtoappearonlyonceintheonlineexamination.Multipleappearanceinonline
examinationwillresultincancellationofcandidature.Incasemorethanonecallletterhasbeengenerated,candidates
areadvisedtoappearonlyonceonthedateandatthetimementionedontherespectivecallletter.Allothercallletters
aretobesurrendered.
15.Thepossibilityforoccurrencesofsomeproblemintheadministrationoftheexaminationcannotberuledoutcompletely
whichmayimpacttestdeliveryand/orresultfrombeinggenerated.Inthatevent,everyeffortwillbemadetorectifysuch
problem,whichmayincludetheconductofanotherexaminationifconsiderednecessary.Decisionofthetestconducting
bodyinthisregardshallbefinal.Candidatesnotwillingtoacceptsuchchangeshallloosehis/hercandidatureforthis
exam.
16.Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftest
contentsinanyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicor
mechanicalortakingawaythepaperssuppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthorisedpossessionoftest
contentislikelytobeprosecuted.
17.PersonswithDisabilities(PWD)shouldcontacttheTestCentreAdministratorofthetestvenueatleast30minutesbefore
thetimeofexaminationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
18.AftertheOnlineexaminationof120minutes,a45minutesDescriptivePaperwillbeadministeredimmediatelythereafter.
Youwillhavetotypeyouranswersonthecomputerusingkeyboard.
