Experience of Maintenance & Operation of 7500 (pkts/hr) TETRA Packaging Line including, Sanitation
System: Tetra AlCIP 100 Tetra Pak processing system (Almix, Alex, PHE) Filling and Packing M/C:
Tetra Brick Aseptic 19-40V Distribution Equipment: Straw Applicator (SA-30) & Tray Shrink (TS-30)
Ensure shift production targets are achieved within allocated resources and tend to reduce the wastage
on production line.
Manpower and material planning for achieving production targets within the shift.
Coordinating planned and preventative maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance
Management System.
Supporting TPM for Tetra Processing, Filling and Distribution equipment.
Troubleshooting of machines and corrective action whenever required.
Maintain spare parts inventory to ensure their availability during breakdowns and avoid any undue
addition to breakdown span.
Initiate proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shutdowns/startups.
Being Area Safety in charge ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance and production
