Interconnecting electrical cabling between outdoor to indoor unit (4C X 2.5 sq.mm)
( Mardia) (Split AC)
Drain Piping with sufficient water seal assembly, 9mm sleeve insulated and connected to
nearest drain point with 1 PVC Pipe. (Concealed)
Consumable Items for Split Air Conditioner (Rubber pad, Nut, Bolt & Wire ties)
PVC Tape for covering the copper pipe.

Note:
The quantity of materials given in the quote for the installation are approximate. They may likely to vary while exec
based on the Site conditions. The actual quantity of each material used at the Site will be taken in to account after the
job. The difference in the quantity of materials will be added/ deducted accordingly in the final bill to be generated.
In case of any change in the location of Indoor/ Outdoor units or any damage found in the copper pipe already laid
external forces, re-Quote will be furnished for the additional requirement of the same.
Outdoor unit will be fixed in terrace floor above pedestal. The pedestal provided by client
A.Scope of Work
1. Supply and installation of Split Air conditioner.
2. Copper pipe with insulation.
3. Electrical hook up (outdoor unit to indoor unit)
4. Testing and Commissioning.
B.Works not included in our price
1. Any related civil works.
2. Cutting or breaking of beams or walls.
3. Electrical points near condensing units (wherever applicable).
4. M.C.C.B.Panel/Tripper/Breaker.
5. Temporary electrical connection
6. Concrete Foundation/Angle Frame (wherever applicable).
7. Scaffolding/Ladder has to be provided by the customer.
C.Payment
Equipment 100% advance in favour of COLD POINT PVT. LTD.
Installation 75% advance in favour of COLD POINT PVT. LTD.
Installation 20% 2nd advance on progress of work in favour of COLD POINT PVT. LTD.
Installation 5% balance payment against completion of work in favour of COLD POINT PVT. LTD.
D. Validity: 30-09-2014
E.Delivery: 7days from the date of approval & clearance of payment.
