Clifton-Fine Water
Improvement
Project

The Town of Clifton is working with the


Town of Fine to consolidate infrastructure
and extend the municipal water system
to the hamlet of Newton Falls, enabling
the Town to decommission the existing
surface water treatment plant and provide
a sustainable source of safe water to its
residents.

The Town of Fine will partner with the


Town of Clifton to implement projects
from their joint Waterfront Revitalization
Strategy. Projects will include construction
drawings and installation of streetscape
improvements at Clifton-Fine Municipal Golf
Course to improve the entrance and provide
an eco-tourism visitors center. It will also
continue the Clifton/Fine branding project
by designing and installing wayfinding signs
and developing marketing materials for both
winter and summer sports.

of downtown mixed-use buildings in the

which will include an open community
pavilion, public restrooms, a dock to provide
