Caliphate; and EVERY sect, division, denomination, branch, or form of Islam evinces a
design to reduce America along with all non-Islamic nations under the absolute
despotism of Sharia which is EVERY FORM OF ISLAMS openly professed design of
Islams multi-faceted doctrine, that is to say strategy, of Civilization Jihad.
It is the right of Americans and our duty to throw off the tyrannical chains of Islamofascism as much as it was for America's 'Greatest Generation' to throw off the tyrannical
chains of National Socialism, that is to say NAZISM, and throw out adherents to such a
murderous, tyrannical cult and enslaving political ideology/worldview as that of every
form of Islam as sure as it would be to throw off any government that might arise which
so clearly and precisely would meetas Islam in all its manifestations does meetthe
description of any such government which Americas Founding Fathers realized might

one day arise on historys stage and of which they chose to give us warning of and
direction as to how to proceed against.

The totalitarian nature of Islamo-fascist ideology prohibits those from embracing Islam
from becoming naturalized citizens of the United States.

Unfortunately some Americans dont see Islam as more than a religion and bend over
backwards to accommodate the barbaric totalitarian worldview within the fold of the
American experiment. Dr. Alan Keyes asks rhetorically in his op-ed article at World Net

Our Own, Why, then, should the terrorist practices of some who profess the Muslim
religion deprive all Muslims everywhere in the world of the presumption of innocence
that is part of the bedrock upon which the whole edifice of due process, within the
jurisdiction of the United States, is rationally constructed? People who claim to believe
in God-endowed individual rights ought logically to have serious objections to such a
collectivist abrogation of individual responsibility. So should people who seriously
ponder the biblical injunction against punishing one individual for anothers iniquity
(Ezekiel 18:20).

Dr. Keyes, whom I highly respect, would never, I trust, have posited the question in
1942, 'Why, then, should the terrorist practices of some who profess the NAZI, thats
National Socialistreligio/political ideology deprive all NAZIS everywhere in the world
of the presumption of innocence that is part of the bedrock upon which the whole edifice
of due process, within the jurisdiction of the United States, is rationally constructed?

Islamo-fascism should not be recognized as simply a religion. Islam, like National

Socialism, is a comprehensive totalitarian system of governance and control over
virtually every sphere of society. It is a tyrannical political ideology that should NOT be
tolerated within the American experiment in government of the people.

There is no moderate form of Islam which does not advocate the Islamo-fascist world
domination agenda unto the establishment of a one-world Islamic Caliphate under the
de facto slavery for all non-Muslims of Sharia law. The suggestion that there exist
moderate Muslims is ludicrous. I would ask Dr. Keyes or any who would advocate the

inclusion of Islamo-fascist elements within the fabric of American society to imagine an

American in 1942 suggesting the toleration of moderate NAZIS in our midst.

America's 'Greatest Generation' did not tolerate NAZIS, they killed them to the best of
their ability unto the unconditional surrender of the NAZI Reich. That is why they are
renowned as just that: Americas Greatest Generation.

The pan-Islamic Ooma is waging warthat is to say endless manifestations of

Civilization Jihadagainst America along with the rest of the non-Islamic world.

Is it unreasonable to suggest that the objective that America's leaders should focus on is
victorytotal and complete victoryand the unconditional surrender of our Islamofascist enemy?

Douglas MacArthur did not tolerate the Shinto religion. General MacArthur had the
Emperor of Japan marched at the point of a bayonet in front of a microphone and had
him pronounce over the radio to all the people of Japan that he was NOT in fact a god,

There is no form of Islam that is "moderate" and by logical extension there are no
followers of the actual doctrines and tenets of any form of Islam who may rightly be said
to be "moderate."

There are practicing Muslims who wage Civilization Jihad of one type or another and
there are nominal Muslims who have not yet decided to practice the teachings of the

worldview.

No form of Islam should be respected as simply a religion. To do so would be suicidally

be tolerated as political ideologies by any people who value their God endowed right to

"Islam was banned from the USA in 1952, but Obama doesn't want you to
know that nor does he respect or uphold US law. The Immigration and
Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to
immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act,
which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of
Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in
effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in
Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien
belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the
United States by "force, violence, or other unconstitutional means." This, by
its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States, but
this law is being ignored by the White House. Islamic immigration to the US
would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law, and the
Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the
US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. All Muslims who
attest that the Koran is their life's guiding principle subscribe to submission
to Islam and its form of government. Now the political correct crowd would
say that Islamists cannot be prohibited from entering the US because Islam
is a religion. Whether it is a religion is immaterial because the law states
that Aliens who are affiliated with any "organization" that advocates the
overthrow of our government are prohibited." William Highland.

or law, or who favor totalitarian forms of
government

(a)Notwithstanding the provisions of section 405(b) of this Act, no person shall hereafter be
naturalized as a citizen of the United States
(1)
who advocates or teaches, or who is a member of or affiliated with any organization that
advocates or teaches, opposition to all organized government; or
(2)
who is a member of or affiliated with (A) the Communist Party of the United States; (B) any
other totalitarian party of the United States; (C) the Communist Political Association; (D)
the Communist or other totalitarian party of any State of the United States, of any foreign
state, or of any political or geographical subdivision of any foreign state; (E) any section,
subsidiary, branch, affiliate, or subdivision of any such association or party; or (F) the direct
predecessors or successors of any such association or party, regardless of what name such
group or organization may have used, may now bear, or may hereafter adopt, unless such
alien establishes that he did not have knowledge or reason to believe at the time he became
a member of or affiliated with such an organization (and did not thereafter and prior to the
date upon which such organization was so registered or so required to be registered have
such knowledge or reason to believe) that such organization was a Communist-front
organization; or
(3)
who, although not within any of the other provisions of this section, advocates the
economic, international, and governmental doctrines of world communism or the
establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship, or who is a member of or
affiliated with any organization that advocates the economic, international, and
governmental doctrines of world communism or the establishment in the United States of a
totalitarian dictatorship, either through its own utterances or through any written or printed
publications issued or published by or with the permission or consent of or under authority
of such organization or paid for by the funds of such organization; or
(4)
who advocates or teaches or who is a member of or affiliated with any organization that
advocates or teaches (A) the overthrow by force or violence or other unconstitutional means
of the Government of the United States or of all forms of law; or (B) the duty, necessity, or
propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers (either of specific
individuals or of officers generally) of the Government of the United States or of any other
organized government because of his or their official character; or (C) the unlawful damage,
injury, or destruction of property; or (D) sabotage; or
(5)

who writes or publishes or causes to be written or published, or who knowingly circulates,

distributes, prints, or displays, or knowingly causes to be circulated, distributed, printed,
published, or displayed, or who knowingly has in his possession for the purpose of
circulation, publication, distribution, or display, any written or printed matter, advocating or
teaching opposition to all organized government, or advocating (A) the overthrow by force,
violence or other unconstitutional means of the Government of the United States or of all
forms of law; or (B) the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of
any officer or officers (either of specific individuals or of officers generally) of the
Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or
their official character; or (C) the unlawful damage, injury, or destruction of property; or (D)
sabotage; or (E) the economic, international, and governmental doctrines of world
communism or the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship; or
(6)
who is a member of or affiliated with any organization that writes, circulates, distributes,
prints, publishes, or displays, or causes to be written, circulated, distributed, printed,
published, or displayed, or that has in its possession for the purpose of circulation,
distribution, publication, issue, or display, any written or printed matter of the character
described in subparagraph (5) of this subsection.
(b)
The provisions of this section or of any other section of this chapter shall not be construed
as declaring that any of the organizations referred to in this section or in any other section
of this chapter do not advocate the overthrow of the Government of the United States by
force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.
(c)
The provisions of this section shall be applicable to any applicant for naturalization who at
any time within a period of ten years immediately preceding the filing of the application for
naturalization or after such filing and before taking the final oath of citizenship is, or has
been found to be within any of the classes enumerated within this section, notwithstanding
that at the time the application is filed he may not be included within such classes.
(d)
Any person who is within any of the classes described in subsection (a) of this section solely
because of past membership in, or past affiliation with, a party or organization may be
naturalized without regard to the provisions of subsection (c) of this section if such person
establishes that such membership or affiliation is or was involuntary, or occurred and
terminated prior to the attainment by such alien of the age of sixteen years, or that such
membership or affiliation is or was by operation of law, or was for purposes of obtaining
employment, food rations, or other essentials of living and where necessary for such
purposes.

(e)A person may be naturalized under this subchapter without regard to the prohibitions in
subsections (a)(2) and (c) of this section if the person
(1)
is otherwise eligible for naturalization;
(2)
is within the class described in subsection (a)(2) of this section solely because of past
membership in, or past affiliation with, a party or organization described in that subsection;
(3)
does not fall within any other of the classes described in that subsection; and
(4)
is determined by the Director of Central Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of
Defense when Department of Defense activities are relevant to the determination, and with
the concurrence of the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, to have
made a contribution to the national security or to the national intelligence mission of the
United States.
