processing, cutting and
wrapping of standard and premium cuts of beef, pork and lamb for custom or
retail orders. Operation of equipment for grinding, stuffing, slicing, patty
making and packaging. Assist with the preparation of smoked sausages, snack
sticks, jerky, bacon, hams, bulk sausage, bulk hamburger. Provide customer
service in Vandal Brand Meats retail store.

Sept 2014Quality Control Assistant, Chelan Fruit Cooperative, Receive, sample and
test fruit during

harvest months based on pressure, internal and external defects and starch
content to determine storage ability. Responsibilities proceeding harvest
